Heroin purity in Eastern Europe

I live in California where tar is. I will be in Eastern Europe soon & I would appreciate any knowledge on the H out there. I know that it comes from Afghanistan & passes through turkey. How pure (on average) would it be in Greece, Bulgaria etc...
