Is fentanyl taking over EVERY WHERE??? I?ve been back into the downtown life for last 2-3 years. I?ve been living in California now. Used to live in NY and get FIRE China, YEARS AGO now, 7years ago... that Was soooo strong!!! Always only do 1/2 a stamp bag at first cause it could put you in trouble, snorting! If only that was still around!!! For a while out here in Cali there was FIRE tar. Now it?s all dried up here and all fentanyl. Not even strong like patches. IS IT LIKE THAT EVERYWHERE NOW???

It would seem that fentanyl and its' close chemical relatives are quite common in US heroin these days unfortunately. By the sounds of it, fent has just become the norm in some places.

Ditto for the yayo. I haven't done coke in ages and just out of curiosity I scooped some with a coworker just before new years. I got home and precipitated it because it smelled like soap so bad and it burned. Whoever shook it did a terrible fucking job. It came back less than 20%. I tried a few other dudes that I actually am friends with and basically the same thing. I'd rather go without, I don't even like uppers.
If you happen to read this, a note to the modern drug dealer: I honestly have to thank you for your garbage products, especially the H. You've contributed to my sobriety by making the use of your product completely not worth it. Sucks that y'all broke af though and always looking over your shoulder so that you can spend half your life in prison for what? Burning a couple of strangers on a handful of dimebags.
I'm screaming this at the top of my lungs, FUCK FENT. My mom won't show me the toxicology report but I lost my little sister in 2011 to what I suspect was bad dope. I still wish I was out of prison because I feel like I could have stopped it. I'm deviating... they're going to burn up all the good pain medications for the rest of us because all fentanyl deaths are grouped together with other opiate ods. Not to mention all of the grieving families. I have chronic pain with several surgeries on tthe docket in the coming two years and I'm not about to aspirin my way through neck surgery. Not proud of this but coming from someone who in the past has moved his fair share of product, anyone that adds fent to their dope and pops it off to unsuspecting individuals is a piece of shit.
Finally, thank you again everyone in the BL community for helping me through my recent WDs. Super grateful for y'all. I haven't taken any pain meds recently - they are for emergencies only like my xanax, which I also haven't taken. My medical bud has been working really well lately. I know I gotta be really careful.

I had some decent dope the other day, definitely think there was some fent in it, but I saw it come off the brick, so it's not the small dealers.

Effin a cotton. I wish it was regular like a few years back..shit was everywhere. I lived close to a pharm plat and there were people smuggling Str8 Oxy powder and sellin it..those were the fuckin days..Tombs, my heart out to you. I?m in the chronic illness club too. Sucks. And it really sucks when your pain med tolerance is exponential compared to the average Joe. I feel like my dose needs upped every 3 months. It?s damned hard to not take more cuz u hurt and then I run out, so be careful after those surgeries. Also, Mexican cartels are cutting H with Fent. Sucks.

Thank you for the regards. I feel like everytime I start from a 0 tolerance they are ineffective within a week and I'm taking 10x my prescribed dose then it's withdrawal time and then abstinence for a while time. Pain becomes too much, start over again, ineffective within a week, 10x prescribed does, withdrawal.

It's totally a self-control thing though. I legitimately need the pain meds.... some of the time. My addict brain spirals it out of control.
But yeah, not to derail the thread. Seems like a large portion of Chicago is riddled with fent. Props to homie getting high on decent shit in the Lou. Enjoy it while you can, if it's an issue here it's bound to spread down there soon.
I'm sure someone on here got that good Cambodian plug but honestly the shit we got out here is garbage. At least in my area, which to stay within the rules, is a popular open air drug area on Chicagos west side. Yeah, our shit usually comes from up around you guys, people down here are pretty picky with thier shit. I've literally seen full-blown junkies tell a plug, they don't want that fuckin bullshit, which is insane. They literally leave if the shits bunk.
Quality control is pretty heavy down here for just about everything, not to mention most of Missouri you can get 9 prescriptions for the same ailment because there is no prescription monitoring.
