Ok, I have searched High and low and read up on many sites and a few scientific journals. I need some clarity or testimonials. A test subject I'm observing last use of Heroin (a single stamp), .1 g IV, on Sunday around 18:00 (also used Thursday-Sat ). Now this test subject is now detoxing, sauna, copious amounts of water, mult-vit, vit c, vit b, and working out. Now morphine and its analytes are all water soluble so wouldn't the sauna and water + working out increase metabolism and the excretion of heroin would be above normal ?
~My other questions are, are there OTC inducers for enzyme activity, things that would have an opposite effect of a combo like CYP450 + Grapefruit Juice. ? To speed up the detoxifying ?
~ The Test Subject has a Oral Swab Test on Thurs at 0900, so wouldn't 86 hours be enough to beat a Oral Fluid test at 40ng Cutoff ? And why wouldn't water help ? ( I have read this elsewhere)
~ The prior use of the test subject (Thurs-Sat) shouldn't matter because OF (oral fluid ) tests can't detect historical use, only recent ? (Max 3 days, most 24-48 hours, is this correct ? )
~I'm also curious if there are ways to increase the subject's metabolic rate, quickly, over a 24hr period, other than physical activity ? Any specific foods ? OTC drugs ? ( Already using Diuretics and caffeine )
If some of the stuff on here has already been answered and I haven't found it, a link would be sufficient.
Thanks in advance. :D
