All quantities measured out on a very high accuracy scale (.0001g accuracy)
1:00 am - Injected 100mg of black tar heroin (decent quality for tar, probably 30-50% pure)
1:50 am - Snorted 100mg of Mephedrone split into two small piles, one for each nostril
3:25 am - Snorted 100mg of Mephedrone split into two small piles, one for each nostril
Ive got a script for OxyContin (20mg three times a day) and Norco (10/235), but recently I've started using something a little heavier. I've been on the same dose of OC for over 2 years, and after that length of time I started to build a tolerance. My doc, being a good doctor and therefore conservative in prescribing my pain meds, refused to increase my daily dose by any margin. In order to combat the increasing pain I started to inject the stuff right in my bloodstream (for everyone who is thinking "DONT SHOOT PILLS!!!", don't worry, I have since stopped shooting the OCs). Long story short, I randomly found a heroin connection and I have been using that for about a month, both because of the fact that it completely relieves my pain and it just feels really really good. As an aside, I think the needle is way more addictive than the drug itself. Instead of having to wait 30 minutes before my dose kicks in, along with losing a good portion of it metabolizing, you get it with an excellent rush and instant gratification. This certainly comes in handy in the morning, as you can prep shots prior to even showing up to the classroom and you dont have to wait for the half our of mild withdrawal. I can certainly see why it is easier to get off oral opiates than injected ones.
Also, about the same time I started using smack I started using a drug called Mephedrone. In lower doses (25-75mg) it feels very similar to stepped on methamphetamine. In doses of 100-200mg it feels almost identical to ecstasy for about 20-30 minutes (lightheadedness, increased pleasure from tactile sensation, and horniness), - it basically feels like pure euphoria. After the first 20-30 minutes it feels like decent coke for about two hours or so. You know the best part of it? It is quasi-legal, and extremely cheap. You can get it from 30-60 bucks a gram depending on how much you order, and a little goes a long way. In other words, the shit lasts a VERY long time. Once again though, because it is similar to ecstasy, you cannot use it every night and get the same effects. In fact, I fact found that waiting less than a week, minimum, before using again GREATLY reduces the effect it has. Personally, I recommend waiting 2-4 weeks between doses in order to maintain the best effects (if you all haven't gleaned from my verbosity here, I just took some about 20-30 minutes ago and for the first time in 3 weeks, so it hit me like a freight train and I want to share how phenomenal the experience is - I didn't know euphoria like this could exist).
Anyway, I've started mixing Meph with smack in order to create a sort of makeshift speedball. I currently have both heroin and Mephedrone in my system, and I have to say, this is probably the best I have ever felt physically in my entire life. It is phenomenal. The heroin was injected roughly 45 minutes before snorting the Meph, giving it time to peak in my system, since Meph, when snorted, comes on fast and very hard. The best way I can explain the overall effect is the euphoria of heroin, combines with the happiness and feeling of invincibility of coke, and the dizziness and head rush of ecstasy. The best ration of the drugs that I have found is 1-1, as neither overtakes the other (except for maybe the first five minutes after snorted the Meph). Another thing, the most widely experienced negatives of Mephedrone (like a faster heartbeat and higher blood pressure) seem to be canceled out by the heroin. Because I didn't use very much anyway, I didn't this time, nor have I ever, experience the extreme vasoconstriction that has been talked about.
A note on redosing: with Mephedrone, unlike cocaine, you cannot redose indefinitely. Basically, you can dose twice and get more or less the same effects. Any more and you lose the exceptional euphoria, which is instead replaced by a general tweekiness that, while useful if you are trying to stay awake, is not all the pleasant. Additionally, the extreme binging you sometimes see with Mephedrone (1-2g in a night instead of .1-.2g) causes it to lose its edge extremely quickly, making the act of redosing a worthless and wasteful endeavor.
One important thing I want to note, some people on this board have stated that they injected Mephedrone with their heroin in order for it to be much closer to an actual speedball. Personally, I could never do it, as 1) we don't know what industrial chemical residue could be left on the Meph since it is all manufactured in China anyway, and 2) even if it is pure no one know the potential effects on the vasculature of the human body. I am putting my veins through enough pain with tar heroin, no need to completely destroy them when snorting appears to have about the same bioavailability for this particular drug, or at least close to it. Regardless, I figure if I can feel just as amazing (or close enough to it that I wouldn't notice) using a safer ROA, then I always use the safer ROA. I recommend that approach to everyone - that you should always be as conservative as possible with what risks you take to get a little high.

I tried this again injecting the Mephedrone. Stupid, I know, but I did it anyway and feel I should report on it.
Doses -
125mg of black tar heroin injected (The stuff was really rocked up and dark, and with my dealer the more it is like this the purer it is) and 80mg of mephedrone all injected in the same shot, dissolved in 50u of water
I got the same overall effect detailed above. Important differences: Even though I used less Mephedrone, my heart beat substantially harder than it usually does when I use that drug. This fact, combined with the inherent danger in injecting any designer drug, means that I won't be trying it again. Aside from the increased heart rate there was little appreciable difference in effect. Since it was injected with the heroin I could not feel any difference in the rush, and because of this I would recommend against trying this ROA. Also, based on how much it burns when snorted, and the fact that I am injected tar which is already hell on your veins, I can't imagine it isn't doing a number on my already stressed vascular system. Thus, I will not be trying this again.
