Heroin Heroin melted...help!

So i stored some dope in my underwear for the ride home recently, as i figured that was better than my pocket, but when i pulled it out when i got home, it had melted. Its all melted and stuck to the paper it was bought in. Anyway i can get it to harden so I can actually get it out of the packs?

It seems the dope isnt ruined, just melted and very difficult to work with right now. I have no idea how i'm supposed to get it off the paper, and the paper seems to have absorbed a little bit of the dope.

If anyone has had the same thing happen to them, and successfully "saved" their dope, let me know how you did it!

BTW this is northeastern US dope, so powder.
 
Did it actually liquefy and get absorbed by the paper?....Is it little wax paper glassine baggies? Or just folds of some kind?....Is it an entire ruined "bundle" or a singular bag? Maybe freezing it will salvage some of it, but if there's a significant amount stuck in the paper, you might have to dick around with soaking the bags.....That sucks!! edit: Yeah, sorry so it did get absorbed...I'd feeze it, scrape what you can get that consolidated into a pile, take the remaining bags and soak them in a cooker with as little water as possible for fifteen mins or so, pull the wet bags out of the solution and ring them out over the solution remaining in the cooker...It'l a be a lot of water, but dope is super soluble so it should dissolve really quick...

It seems like this is my only option, as i cant really scrape it off the bags, at least not very much of it. What's weird is its like the consistancy of black tar heroin now. I'm just going to soak the bags, hopefully i'll be able to salvage most of it like this.

^I've never done anything like that with alcohol, so I'd be nervous about losing it...but, in theory it sounds like the way to go...If you wanna wait for the alcohol to evaporate...
 
it should be fine. try to use the least amount of alcohol possible. maybe use a little dropper so you don't use too much. You want the alcohol to be able to evaporate quickly or else the humidity can fuck everything up and you may lose some dope
 
I'd do the freezer thing or just add a tiny bit of water. You can snort droplets of water if you do it right, but misting it is superior. If you were going to shoot it, I don't see why adding warm water strait to the bag would hurt.

I haven't done that much NE dope though. I'm used to black or brown.
 
Where I'm from, they used to sell "bundles", ten wax paper baggies with a little dope in each. Then, they switched to plastic, thank God! 1/2 gs and Gs.
Everything about dope in paper bags sucks! Concealing it, opening all the bags, etc....

Most dealers where I'm from(not where I live now) sell in tied off plastic corners(like cocaine), although, there's still bricks/bundles around.

I just assumed the OP was and IV user....

I've shot the "heroin tea" from soaked bags before....Those little baggies are so sensitive. Put them in your shoe for twenty minutes and they get ruined half the time.
I just don't wanna see you lose your dope. You can always bring a plastic bag with you, put the paper bags in it and then tie it off so its sealed....If you have to swallow them, you can always puke em up later or just shove them in your ass if you get pulled over...
Advice for next time, maybe...

^Oh, you mean the "philly" bags with a wax bag sealed in a plastic bag?...Yeah, that's some very sexy packaging!! Usually fire dope too!
I only had those a few times.
Where I'm from, further north, they just fold em up and throw a rubber band around em...
Getting them broken down into little bags may make it easier to measure out your dose and make you feel like you're getting more, but I prefer it all in one plastic baggy, personally...
