^sniffing peaks and lasts longer.. IVing has the wonderful rush and then the high slowly fades.

I cant believe Iv wasnt better than snorting for you. was it powder or tar? that could make some differance.
 
i was just speaking in general.. not how i used to enjoy H. I used to IV it.
But i was mostly an OC addict and i snorted those.

It was new england powder.
 
I dont know, different strokes for different folks, but the only real reason I can say snorting might be preferred is a) fear of needles b) health conscious c) it lasts longer. However, shooting lasts pretty long too IME. I'll be damned though if someone thinks you can get a better rush of sniffing or smoking dope compared to I.V. I heard tar has a sometimes not so great rush, though , but I've only shot powder.

If you didn't feel a rush, you most likely missed the vein. skin popping still gets you high, but no rush. This happened to me the first time a needle was put in my arm
 
you can tell how good the tar is when you heat it in the spoon. there will be next to nothing left in the spoon after you draw it up. also the cotton wont have any thing stuck to it. that is when you khow the dope is very potent. for a long time i thought the tar i was getting was good stuff but one day i got some of the clean stuff. it looked like black glass hard as a rock. that shit blew my socks off. 5 years of doing H tryed all kinds but nothing compared.
 
Hey all! Just a quick question, I've read through a billion posts and just needed a little question answered!

It's winter where I live, and it's COLD! I've been finding it really hard to get a vein (not due to over use) a mate said it's due to the cold weather. I've tried running my arms under hot water, taking a hot shower etc nothing seems to be working well! Does anyone have any tips? Thanks in advance :)

A good hot shower usually works, but also try lifting some weights or doing push-ups. Always does the trick for me. Are you tying off?

any aerobic exercise will increase your blood pressure thus engorging your veins and making a shot easier. also, if your dehydrated your veins will be smaller so drink a big ass bottle of water, jump around, tie off and i bet you hit your sweet spot.
if you constantly shoot in the crook of your arm remember that those veins go up your arm too. for myself at least the vein i can always hit right inside my elbow goes up the outside contour of my my bicep and is just as deep.
idk why your having trouble but remember to use fresh works EVERY SINGLE SHOT and rotate as often as possible. we have needle exchanges which give u everything a shooter could possible hope for but even if you can only buy in pharms, fuck the rude clerks and get what you need! and buy more than what u think you'll need cause in my experience u or your buddy is gonna need it.
Use a fresh one Every Time! Hep C doesn't die with oxygen contact like AIDS and is a guerrilla disease and will hit u where u least expect it. I know i only don't have it cause i always bring ALL my own kit. Don't share needles, cookers, cottons or even the same water unless everyone in your "NOD SQUAD" is using sterile works, cookers and cottons and just dividing your shit up by units instead of weight or bags. HEP C can be contracted from someone elses dry cookers n cottons!!!

Sorry if this has already been asked, I don't have time to read the whole thread and I did a search and found nothing:

Is it possible to "gum" heroin? Like, to hold it in my lip, and absorb it into my blood that way? I don't want to shoot for addiction purposes, and my region has mostly tar, so snorting won't work very well. I know that swallowing it is ineffective, but what about gumming it?

I don't live in a tar state and i have no idea about this "gumming" technique. My experience with tar is that its either hard n' black like obsidian or the stickiest most annoying fuckin shit ever. I'm sure your tongue is more permeable than the rest of your mouth but tar is definitely not made for sub-lingual absorption. I bet the tar just dissolves n' mixes with your saliva and ends up in your stomach where its not very effective.

I agree with staying away from needles since your using tar and that shit'll massacre your veins but dope is REALLY addictive no matter how you use it. people go from perks to oxys to dope cause all opioids are addictive so just cause your not sticking a needle in your arm doesn't mean your safe

In the Southeast heroin is referred to as "Boy" on the street, never any of the other terms you mentioned.
...Just thought I would mention it, since I have heard the other terms in old movies and books but not in actual real life.

Yep, back when I lived in Baltimore and I was trying to cop from some new guys on the corner I would always say "hey, have you seen my boy around here?"

Also, "girl" was the term for cocaine.
 
I have a weird question. Doing heroin doesn't make me nauseous on its own, but if I start smoking cigarettes afterwards, I feel sick and sometimes throw up. This will happen about an hour after i've done the dope. This also happens when I smoke cigarettes after doing Oxy's/Roxies. Does anyone know why this happens?
