heroin + ketamine

had a interesting dream (real dream, not one of those bullshit dreams people come up with to "disguise" their drug use...) where i got ahold of some K, snorted it, went to the hospital where they injected me with some heroin. it was very pleasant in the dream and got me curious as to whether anyone has tried the combo and if it is as nice as i dreamt it to be.

Well ive never done that combo, but it's weird you say the dream thing, cuz a few weeks ago...in my dream, a friend of mine injected me with a shiton of kettah, and i tripped out, and when i woke up my arm was actually sore....ahh the things my mind does to me...
Ps. instead of asking, do it yourself...I would assume bang your heroin first as to be in a state of bliss, and then bang your kettah second so that even your visuals will be blissful, hey i could be wrong, but im sure you wont die....seeing as how ketamine doesnt lower your CNS...

I find this combo "pleasant" but when i do K i immediately head for the k-hole (130 mg i.M.) and at that dose if I have any other depressant in me (ie Narcotics) i am treated with just amnesia...and that sucks.

I like to do dilaudid with k. Maybe 30 minutes after IV'ing the d. Is very pleasent, k goes well with opiates. But adds to nausea if you are moving around.

Why? Ive never tried heroin but it seems like either drug is enough by itself. Why not just try a cocktail of heroin, K, and meth?

Heh, good description. That's sort of how it feels to me too. As long as we're making food analogies, I'd say its sort of like a jolly rancher compared to rich milk chocolate.

Not a good idea. Throw any opiate, sedative, alcohol etc into the mix with K and the risks of breathing problems and airway reflexes being affected rise sharply.

K is an NMDA antagonist, which means it will significantly potentiate the effects of opiates, especially in a tolerant user. I advise doing more research.

WONDERFULL COMBO!
The heroin kills a lot of the edgyness the ketamine brings... its a safe combo too, as long as you're carefull.. ketamine really doesnt have respiratory depressive effects, even when used in combo with narcotics - for instance, an in-office "general anesthesia" cocktail is ketamine, fentanyl or another narcotic, and a benzo such as Versed..

If you have ANY opiate tollerance, and you do ketamine, do NOT count on it being there for you, it will completely drop away, you will be able to use non tollerant amounts literally. You could very well overdose and not expect it.
Be damn carefull, i used to use k specifically so i could use a non tollerant amount of narcotic when i had a 3x tollerance, it was very nice until i started having episodes after doing k, i would think everything was hopeless and worthless. So watch that too, but in all it was pretty nice to avoid tollerance.
