Has anyone ever experienced that before ? Getting the shakes / jitters after snorting Heroin ?
I'll explain what happened.
0:00 - Snorted 10-15mg of Heroin #4 on an empty stomach (had a granola bar an hour or so before).
0:05 - Started thinking to myself, "hmmm... maybe I should've done some more" , didn't feel much of a rush.
0:10 - Here we go. The "feeling" started coming fast, like a wave of electric warmth. I started to feel good. It felt like Oxycodone on Crack.
0:15 - "Thank god, I didn't decide to do more when I thought I should've". I had a class to get too and at this point I felt a little "light on my feet" , unstable. I looked back into the mirror and saw that my eyes were 1/3 opened, it looked like I was sleeping and had a grin on my face.
0:20 - As soon as I started walking out of the washroom I started to feel a mixture between comfortable and uncomfortable. Like I was enjoying myself but it felt like I was on the edge of beginning to feel like this was going to be a bad high, but it never got to that point, I was just always on that "edge" . This is when I started to feel all jittery and shaky . I felt good, but just the fact that I was shaking threw me off.
0:30 - Sitting in class, its always cold in that building so maybe that contributed to the jitters ? I was freezing, but at the same time I was feeling good. I really wanted to lay down and just fall asleep. At this point, talking felt weird, almost forced and my voice disconnected. I spent the next 45 minutes trying to keep the jitters under control and hopefully no one noticed.
1:15 - By now the jittering had stopped and I had "woken up" a bit, felt like the "nod effect" was just beginning to wrap itself up .
1:45 -> 3:00 was spent with a headache, Motrin helped at that point.
3:00 + all effects have ended.
So , anyone know why I was "shaking" ? Usually opiates like oxycodone and codeine don't make me shake. Maybe it was cut with something like caffeine, which I have a sensitivity to.
Anyone else experience shaking while on Heroin ?
