basically i used iv heroin for three years and then got off for three years. i have currently been blowing it for the past 8 months. i want to bang again but all the dope changed here since i used to do it. i dont go crazy with it as i only blow down a .03-06 at a time. my question is what is a safe dose bcuz back in the day i never went by weight i went by how ever many stamped bags. which are not around anymore..

My advice to you is to start off small to see if you can handle it and if so keep going up from there. You want some more advice? Don't do it at all. That would be your best bet.

To be on the safe side I would wait a good amount of time at least a couple of hours but if you do a shot say you do (.2mg) shot and you don't feel anything at all do another one just to avoid overdosing. I am not a professional doctor or anything so I would try to get a second opinion but from my own experience i would double my dosage if I didn't feel anything the first time but everybody is different luckily I've never overdosed. Please be careful and be clean don't share needles spoons water or cottons.
