Only a handful of times have I IV'ed a very large dose of heroin. During those times, I get one hell of a rush, my eyes become unable to focus, and I don't particularly enjoy it. Well, somewhat. But something starts happening that I can quite put my finger on and am hoping for some other experiences with this. The only way I can describe it is I start remembering shit that never happened. It almost feels like I'm remembering a dream, but it's been hours since I’ve slept, so I get really confused and a little scared. I can't pinpoint where these memories come from, but it seems out of the blue, but some of them are pretty lengthy. After feeling one, I sit back and am like "where the fuck is this coming from?", because if I had just woken up, I would have thought I was just dreaming, but this happens when I walking across the room. Anyone else know what I'm saying?

I know what you mean. I have had moments when I felt as if I learned something from the dreams. I actually enjoy that part of the high....

I often shoot up and sit on the computer before I go to sleep.
Occassionally if I take a strong dose, I'll have some really odd experiences.
The other day I was about to click on an email to open.. only in reality I ended up nodding off. But what I saw is that I actually read the entire eamil and replied to the entire thing before going on to read other mails. I was having full emotional responses to all my mail and was absolutely shocked to find that I hadn't actually read a single one of thee. I was actually just asleep.
Tonight I was also nodding off and having conversations with my parents while my full-consciousness was gone. When I would wake up they'd laugh at me because I'd be mid-sentence as I opened my eyes and I realize I was talking in my nods.

well, i have noticed that sometimes after using OXYCONTIN, that i will remember my "dreams" as they were actual reality..it is very hard to explain, but its hard for me sometimes to sit here and realize whether the thoughts im having were the dreams i had last night or if these things have actually occurred in real life..this may not make sense, but oh well...

is that not normal? whenever i have used heroin, even in the beginning of my use, i always have nodded off and had dreams, almost hullicanations, of what i thought i was doing. i'd think about smoking a cigarette, close my eyes and imagine i had smoked the whole thing, only to open them and realize i hadn't lit my cigarette yet. or think about telling my friend something, have the whole conversation, wake up and notice she isn't even in the room. i found it quite interesting, not scary at all. also the "dreams" would manipulate time, a long dream in reality only being a few secs and vice versa. i assumed it was part of being high. right...

What kinda fucked up parents do you have?
I feel bad for you.

Join the club! I do this a lot.. given that I am always on the computer, I usually end up nodding out as I sit up but will still have lucid thoughts and visions of doing various computer tasks.. taking on the phone carries a similar fate - often I talk to girls on the phone, well, ok, it's like this - I find a girl I like, I develop a crush on her and since this is always over the interweb, it's not like I can drive by and hide outside their window as I masturbate to a stolen pair of their dirty panties.. so I have these 4 hour phone conversations at 3am .. well, of course 4 hours means that I will have to do some narcotics, as I couldnt go for the full 4 hours sober, also, it makes talking a lot easier for me if I am floating.. well, often I nod off and I will say some WACK SHIT .. *kell* can currently tell you this - and how I try to cover by saying I ment something else.. I mean, we will be talking about some bluelighter behind their back (or something like that) and I will slip out with "yeah we treated the carpet".. thats a horrible example, but I cant think of any others.. some are TOTALLY INSANE, and I do this so often people have said they dont wish to talk with me when I am that "tired" (I dont tell them its because I am nodding from narcotics, I just say its because I'm tired) ..
You're not alone brotha!
