Yes i also want to defend tar. I've had some tar that was suprising pure/potent. Yea it sounds nasty and what not, but dont knock it till you've tried it. At least with tar you know your getting either diacetylmorphine (the smell makes it obvious) or 6-monoacetylmorphine, with some possible unreacted morphine. Nevertheless, you know it is from a natural origin. White powder dope could be any number of opiods, fentanyl, levorphanol, drywall. I have had bad tar......but most of the tar ive encountered is at the very least decent. And it tastes nasty smoked, i only inject it. Ive had tar that was so hard, that when crushed formed some reddish but still stick crystals. It was good dope. So again, dont knock it till you try it. I admit that some good heroin #4 is better than any tar, but there is tar that rivals the potency and purity of the powder that circulates on the east coast. As a heroin user, you should be the last person to stigmatize a drug based on a name. And there are ways to purify tar into brown powder, even white powder if your so inclined, but the yeilds would be around 8-10%. Still the results of the purification of already good tar, results in some pretty powerfull stuff.
