heroin doesn't help reduce pain for me.

heroins pain reliving properties are very minimal for me. i never noticed it before but last week i had a filling in my tooth fall out. i used a few bags but still felt pain and sensitivity to cold. it seemed like advil would have done a better job. also, i did a few bags before getting the dental work done and i was still in pain.

does anyone else think that the pain reliving properties of heroin are not the great? i'm sure soe of the other opiated have better pain relief qualities.
