hey guys, I wanted to warn my fellow baltimore heroin enthusiasts about a moderately large heroin ring which recently changed their batch of scramble, and it is incredibly strong. I know of two people that have died from doing just a pill and a half of the stuff. I consider myself to have a very high tolerance and I usually do two pills of scramble at a time, and when I got this stuff the first time, I did two, and I just remember waking up sprawled out on my bed like wtf. Every time after I just did about 1 and a half, but that amount is still dangerous.
I do not want to source the location for obvious reasons,but since you can get dope from northeast, southeast, southwest, and northwest baltimore, i hope I can say that this is in the southwest.
They come in jumbo size capsules, and the powder is completely white. If you haven't had this before, you would assume its all cut because you don't see any crumbs of raw or anything in it, it looks like complete quinine, but when it cooks up you can tell there is plenty of substance in it.
A friend of mine fell out from it and he was taken to the hospital, and fentanyl showed up in his system as well, so thats why i am so sure. just a public service announcement
