Heroin+Cigarettes=PUKE????

When im on smack i LOOOOOVE to smoke cigarettes, but recently ive been unable to smoke more than one without puking my guts out. As soon as i take a drag off my second i get sick. Has this happened to anyone else out there?

it happens to me just not as extreme as it does to you. if i smoke like 3 cigs i will feel sick to my stomach and shit but i wont puke. i do see where your coming from though.

I've had it happen on occassion.. usually when I do more smack than I should. After a while the cigarettes start making my stomach churn and I'll end up having to put them out after a drag or two to avoid coughing my lunch back up.

cigarette's and opiates = NAUSEA for me and a lot of people. I hate cigarettes now on opiates, especially high doses because everytime I smoke one, I feel like i'm about to pass out and puke and generally feel REALLY shitty for like 3 min. No fun.

when i did opiates they made me smoke like a chimmney. never puked though. the opiates made me puke many times, but never cigs.

diz0rdEr got this one right on the button.... Its probably not what you're smoking, but the act of it that is causing the already stimulated nausia center of your brain to cause you to puke... Dramamine is a great help to me when I'm on opiates, I suggest everyone that pukes on opiates under any circumstance (puking or not) try some!

my buddies that smoke and take OPIATES say that right after taking OPIATES that smoking "ups" the effects of the OPIATES and gives you as better high...3 of my buddies smoke right after banging or snorting H or OC's....they say it has some synergistic effect to it..

do you take the pills before you take your dose, or do your dose then take the pills. may seem like a stupid question but how long before you do your opiates should you take it without the risk of puking it back up?

Taking any antihistimine either shortly before or immediately after the ingestion of your opiate of choice will help the nausea. I personally recommend chlorpheniramine as for me it kept the nausea down well and made me the least drowsy. In time your system will adjust and it wont make you so sick anymore.

i dont do it all the time, ive been doing it for a while thought. i still puke EVERY time, and i gag as soon as the dope goes up. with coke i have no problem that shit goes RIGHT up there
