Heroin and "RestEZ" herbal sleep aid.

Hello, as most people know it can be hard to sleep after sniffin some bags of dope. i sniffed 2 bags last night and ive been up since 8am thursday. Its now 730am friday. Does anyone know of any negative interactions with East coast powder and RestEZ sleep aid. it contains valerian extrace, hops, spearmint, passionflower. I know Benzos and stuff arent good to mix with Opiates. Would this natural sleep aid pose a threat? it shouldnt have any heavy effects or long lasting. I feel like poppin the suggested 2 combined with sniffing a bag might produce an easier sleep? Iff all fails ill smoke a blunt and go comatose. Any words of advice would be appreciated.

In reguards to getting sleep after doin dope. i will take all suggestions. ITs a pain in my ass thats startin to irritate me.

I have read that any substance, natural or chemical, that has "downer" qualities, could be dangerous to mix with opiates.

yea i thought that was more of a warnin towards stuff like booze, soma, valium..and whatnot. never seen anyone ask about mixing dope and natural sleep aids? thx tho. Hopefully someone with 1st hand EXP can let me know whats up with this combo.

I've never had any experience with that particular sleep aid however i have used my share of OTC sleep aids in combination with heroin and other powerful opiates and have never had any problems. I do believe that you'll get better sleep results by smoking that blunt than any "natural" sleep aid, OTC or not, will give you.

The only "danger" I'm aware of of taking this with opioids is an increase in the sedative effects (so no operating heavy machinery ), I highly doubt it's going to increase risk of death or other serious adverse events. I've taken it and similar herbal sleep aids plenty of times with heroin, methadone, etc and never had a problem at all.
