Yes, just be minfdul that the promethazine will enhance the opiate effects.

^yep, promethazine is a popular add on to opis, esp methadone. be careful as to not become overly sedated. im not a huge fan of taking other stuff while im shooting dope, imo it dirties the dope high. if im going to do other things i wait a little to at least exp the dope nod by it self.
