Heroin and Piracetam

I am curious as to how these two substances - diacetylmorphine (heroin) and 2-oxo-1 pyrrolidine acetamide (Piracetam) - interact inside the body. Mainly on a neurological level, but if it creates any major changes in ordinary bodily functions, I'd be interested in knowing about that too.

The thing is, mixing opiates and different nootropics tend to have vastly different effects. For example, opiates cause strong cravings for nicotine in most people, and to me anyway cigarettes definitely enhance the opiate buzz in a good way. But on the flip side, people have reported mixtures of heroin and MDPV as disastrous and not enjoyable at all.

I'm very curious about the interaction between these two substances, because of the reasons named above, but also because they are so different. Piracetam is extremely tame as far as nootropics go, while diacetylmorphine is extremely strong as far as opiates are concerned. And I find nootropics (including Piracetam) to be stimulating, whereas the opposite is obviously true for heroin.

Would taking the two together cancel the effects of the other drug out? Or would it create a nice synergy? I'm hoping some chemists / people with advanced knowledge of pharmacology will have the answer to this. And please explain in laymen's terms, my understanding of the super-scientific side of drug use is somewhat limited lol. Thanks.

until you take a drug combo no-one can gauge how it will affect you.

for instance the synergy of MDMA and LSD could not be predicted until you have tried it and realised WOW.

So there's no way to tell how two chemicals will react together without physically trying it first? At all?

That's disappointing, but oh well. I did try it by the way, and it was nothing special (for those who care). The effects did seem to cancel each other out. I didn't nod out, and I definitely did not get Piracetam's usual, "Oh my GOD, I feel so PRODUCTIVE, and I want to clean the whole entire WORLD!" feeling. Waste.

From my POV, piracetam is essnetially inactive and poses no unusual combination concerns. (at least in comparion to heroin) The "Car door analogy" still holds though, if you start getting bad effects that occur only when you add piracetam in, well that's telling you something then isn't it?

A few years ago i tried piracetam without even getting to realize the slightest effects.
Yesterday i bought it again and i tried an attack dose of 4.800mg(along with 1 and half tbsp of soy lechitin), surprisingly it had DEFINITE AND POWERFUL YET SUBTLE EFFECTS. Mental energy, efficiency and i was really more focused and productive, definitely not placebo.
Today i uset it along with H and even if IT GREATLY DIMINISHED it had a NICE LITTLE SYNERGY, the combo gave me powerful antidepressant effects and it was nice as a motivational boost. however i would say piracetam is better by itself, also because i am starting to not like opiates effects anymore, despite(maybe because) the addiction i have to them.

Anyway piracetam was an excellent discovery and a great nootropic drug, even to be combined with other substances.
