Heroin Heroin and lab testing, Does it positively show up as morphine?

Hello all,
Though i have always frequented Bluelight. I have always wanted to make an account and am happy to be here among fellow Blue lighters. Let me get Swim here on the computer now....Hello it is now Swim, Swim has a drug test today at a major medical facility such as a large doctors office that is equipped with a lab. Since swim is already on morphine it would be ok for it to show up in the test. Swims question is....would the H that he has been using for three days show up as morphine? Upon searching for a very long time, it seems all the answers out there are conflicting. Does anyone have any first hand experience with this? It would be greatly appreciated.

well the metabolite they look for to discern heroin from morphine in drug screenings is 6-MAM and it is a metabolite ONLY produced by heroin. luckily it is only detectable for a period of about 24 hours after last use. after that, your drug test results will look simply as though you have used morphine.

If you've frequented BL so much, you'd know that we don't use "swim" here. It does nothing to protect you legally and is just annoying..

Anyway.. this is also sort of a drug testing question soo.. don't know if it'll get closed or not. Above my pay grade..

Hey buddy,

I am on suboxone and was UA tested weekly on a 13 screen panel (the 13th was bupe to make sure you were taking it). I was in deep relapse and was using heroin everyday and honestly didn't give a fuck about my drug test. The first time I failed I convinced them it MUST be a false positive (LOL ) and they sent it to the lab. Next week the results were given to me that I had a shit ton of MORPHINE in my system. Now I am not sure if they just call all types of morphine (e.g. diacetylmorphine) just morphine, but they definitely said it was morphine so I think you would be fine. Unless they are testing for EVERY compound and metabolite it will just show as morphine.

The one thing you obviously have to worry about is that you are buying a drug which you have no idea what truly is inside of it. I have heard stories of "H" really just being fentanyl, crushed hydro, oxy, all sorts of shit depending on what you buy. You should be fine though if you are buying real H, which i'm sure you are.

Heroin will cause a false positive for morphine, but there is also a specific heroin test for drugs that most labs run. It detects heroin and 6-monoacetylmorphine (heroin metabolite)

H is diacetylmorphine sulphate... yes it shows as an opiate-- they dont test specifically for WHICH opiate... its an opiate that is all that matters...

In my experience the lab wont really go the extra mile once they find a drug, they just stamp it 'dirty' and do the next batch. Once i was in a program and they would thiink i did meth when i had taken add meds and only after a long confrontaion would they actually test it further, also i did oxy the whole time and they never once tested specifically for oxy even after i told them that was my drug of choice. In my opinion your in the clear but it would help to let them find it then tell the you have a perscipton, hopefully they just find morphine stamp it dirty then toss it.
