Ive just moved to california and its been hard. I dont know what to do, should I just start going to the clinic or just get off cold? I cant find any h Anywhere. I just do opiates I dont do anything else. I would do alot to just have that h. Any sugestions?
 
When you're without a way to get dope...you're left with 2 choices... go find some or kick. Hah. If you can't find a connection where you're at, then detoxing is your best bet. Without knowing the extent of your habit, (how long you've been using for and how much) it'd be hard to tell you the best course for kicking as far as cold turkey or not.

How much dope were you doing and how long have you been using?
 
Just detox off . It might be the best thing that ever happens to you. A few years from now you will be thanking your self for getting off.

I've already given you a warning about sourcing, if you need help, find a doctor for maintenance drugs. Once again, we are not here to help you find heroin.
