HeyY y'all,

This introduction is a year overdue however there were reasons why I didn't make one then and reasons why I am throwing myself in the mix now. I'd like to share my "life's story" so-to-say and not in a dull boring detailed sort of way. I've had literally hundreds of people from family to friends, church family to acquaintances, and neighbors to people overhearing my conversation ask me to write a book before. Lots of it is actually already written but not typed out on a computer. I've started it online, right here, on bluelight.ru in my blog and would actually appreciate some advice on how I can spread it out amongst the entire site, to areas it pertains to that is, because I have a broad history full of information about EVERY drug out there as well as where I stand in churches I attend, community activities I'm part of and coordinate, political views that don't fall into most political categories, religious views that have me in a variety of churches, and a heart that knows if I don't share what I know then what good is any of it, and so I do, helping neighbors with disabilities because that's the type of apartment building I live in and giving hope to many people through sharing struggles I've faced, overcome, and truly triumphed over in the end.

If you read the biography I wrote yesterday, my time GMT +6, I'm not sure if it's got the eerie captivating kick I thought it did and would like a few opinions on it if y'all don't mind taking a few minutes to read it. Feel free to ask me ANYTHING about EVERYTHING in my life, as I don't conceal any part of me. My life is an open book and it's a bowl of fruit because some days I'm eating grapes and loving it, some days I'm eating apples and relaxing, and some days I'm eating grapefruit and hating it, (grapefruit is the only food I don't eat b/c I can't stand it, BLEH!!)

I've got some cleaning I didn't get done yesterday and my mother inlaw is bringing my daughter home in a few hours so I've got to run. I haven't hit bluelighter status yet but that'll happen within the next week, I could really use some, several, many, a lot, of opinions as what I'm writing will be what I publish. I already have the funding, just need to create the book. I think it would help bluelight grow as well and would show the "non-drug users" that drugs don't mean druggie, they mean broadening horizons and plain old curiosity.

Thanks y'all, that should show I'm from the states. I think "y'all" is a 'country only' term..? I live in the state of alabama here in the idiot operated US. I'm 31yrs old and have more life experience than my 82yr old grandmother, according to her. She's told me more than once that out of the whole family I'm the only one that took chances and really went out and lived life. She's right, my uncle's a bank owner, one aunt sells insurance, my mom is the youngest child and is spoiled - she's never really 'had to' 'or' work/ed, just been lucky/burnt bridges and small towns, and my other aunt has lived life but not like I have, lol. She's currently teaching English to Kids in China, and lives there as well.

Now that I've covered 4/101 of my family I gotta ask, "Church of Stan," where'd you come up with that, or is it a question of why/what? JoshE I asked about you in an email to captain heroin. Congrats on your new moderator position, if he hasn't mentioned it to you I'll just send you a copy of the email. Swertz I was going to send it to you and the 3rd person accepting applications, can't remember the three part sn.

Ok, I'm off to see if I have any other responses, it's been a tiring day and I'm worn out.

Life is like a hot pepper, what you do today might burn your ass tomorrow.

Welcome! Nice intro-I am a writer also, have been since age 6 and I'll be 35 on 9/11. I know what you mean about your book being traces of you spread throughout endless corridors, emails and public post into the infinite internet,wanting-being drawn to collecting them in one safe place-a place neither here, nor there; yet existing all the same-a digital diary, from which your story can be told.
I have never blogged-i am an English major and all my work, despite what format it must end up in,begins w/ pen and paper. I just recently began learning how to type-Even as an English major,I fought computers and the internet for many years. This is the first and only forum based site that I belong to and I still have to take advantage of the Blog "function"-idk what the hell you call it technically-but after reading your intro I think I'll put that on my list of shit I need to do on Bluelight. It is an amazing site as well as a loving supportive community and I put a great deal of myself into it because of so much that it gives to me.
Sorry to welcome yo so late-I've had some health problems of late and it was much needed time that I owe to many people and causes irl and I just had to catch up with my real life procrastinations... :)
Once again, welcome! Hope to see you around.

much peach and love......................skillz =D

yes nice intro! also if you wanted to show how drug users are not necessarily druggies you could definately find some inspiration in the book i just read called "Saying Yes, In Defense of Drug Use" by Jacob Sullem. its fucking incredible and i think it could really help you drive some points home.

oh and grapefruit is awesome.

welcome!
