Heheh, someone today tried 1.5g for £20 today...because it was dried out and the strain was supposedly AK47. More like it would be Orangebud and considering that stuff goes for less than 200 an oz dry there is no need for the hype.

Today was a shit day for weed here. So shit that I've kept my money for tomorrow and I'll deal with the bit I had leftover.
 
A Pineapple Diesel cross very fluffy buds, that want a little curing and from the same place a a Jack Herrer variety that was compact and dense both were e10 a gram weighed in front of your eyes.

Prices for high-grade strains have gotten ridiculous here lately.

Holy shit, that's almost a full time minimum wage job's worth of money off of just maintaining one plant! Ridiculous...

There's people here selling their own grows for £15 a gram all because it's a decent strain and been stuck in a jar for a while, madness!

Been getting some really nice grass at the moment though, smells almost like coffee and it stinks out. Loads of kief off the stuff which is great. I'd love to go to Amsterdam and see these bags of kief you could buy they sound great. :)

My mate text me earlier to say he'd just picked up an oz of nice dry stuff, spot on 28g. He's keeping a quarter & I'm taking the rest. Can't get it off him till the mora though & all I have here is a couple J's worth of "pollen".

Another mate just phoned me there saying "I've got a quarter here with your name on it if you want it". The stuff he gets is always good quality & bang on weight. He's driving over with it in half an hour %)

£180 for the oz, so £135 for me. £60 for the Q (it's always a good bit above "mid-grade" though). So an oz in total for £195 =D

Winning.
 
I know, I'm not trying to piss on your bonfire. But it's still extortionate for what it is. But beggars can't be choosers, I realise that and when you need a smoke you need a smoke. I've been there, I ummed and ahhed for days about spending £120 on a pair of shoes, then spent £180 on an oz without thinking twice.

lol, I've never thought of it like that, I'm the same. Not with shoes...kites, fishing stuff, expensive cooking pots and pans, you know, manly stuff :p
 
Ahh right, I get what you mean now.

It's a good bit below the going rate for this sort of quality though. It's like if I got a gram of 90% pure cocaine here for £30 myself, & everyone else, would think that was fucking incredible. Yet in South America it's a massive rip off. Basically I got a good deal based on the current market.

The quarter's just been dropped off (imagine that, a weed delivery that arrived early!!! Shock-fucking-horror haha - Edit, actually bang on time now I've checked but still...). Stinky-stinky, time to skin up. Meant to be cheese but I don't believe in named strains round here lol.
 
There's cunts about here trying to punt 'White widdow' for £15 a gram. No. Fucking. Chance.

Prices seem to have rocketed over the last year, I don't even like to entertain £10 a gram. Bring back the £20 8th! even if it's poorly grown Vietnamese bud I'd rather have a decent amount to smoke.
