Recently been trying Hempwick as I picked up a packet for only 2£ just to see what it was like. Really isn't anything to special, it's a lot better for lighting spliffs especially those that are hemp skin, literally has it lit in a second and evenly. In bongs/pipes it's good as it's a lot easier to control the flame and it seems to burn the weed better. Taste wise I'm not sure if I notice a difference, also it's a lot of hassle having to light the lighter then this and it also burns quite fast if you're looking to toke multiple times in a short time period.

Still undecided whether I like it or not. :\
 
I been using hempwick lately and I love it. I tried the beeline brand at first but didn't like the taste then I tried the O.G brand and it is great. I like just having a candle lit instead of scrambling about for a lighter all the time.
 
Did you buy it in a headshop or online just? Wouldn't mind a wee link if you could share as I'll take your word for the better brand. Considering getting a spool and just a scented candle, that'll work nicely as a mix rather than a lighter. It's great for toking with, but mine seems to burn a little fast but I heard this is just to do with how you hold it, I'm getting the hempwick starting to ash before I'm done burning and although I'm lighting with it I don't really want it dropping in my bong and end up smoking it.

That's what I was wondering. There doesn't seem to be. Although it is much better for lighting both bongs/pipes and hemp skins also more wind resistant than a lighter, but you need a lighter to light it and gone are my days of pulling fuckits in alleyways.

It's quite good for smoking bongs and pipes you can direct the flame about better and it's tastes a bit different as well. I bought it once and it was quite good but I wouldn't bother ordering more.

if you smoke glass pipes or glass bongs, the last hit or two, when its half burnt, will taste like total shit and be way harsher with a lighter.
if i use the hemp wick, its not harsh at all, you just get the burnt herb taste. main reason i use mine anyway

i'm not sure if you smoke glass pipes or bongs, but take a hit with the beeline a few times, then a hit with the lighter and compare you should notice a difference
 
Yeah that's what I've been doing. I understand that it's all better, but I'm still weighing out until this packet is done whether I'd rather stick to this maybe wrapped round a lighter or just a lighter. It's fairly cheap like so if not, was worth trying.

got some lovely lovely weed, oz (weeighed over) for 180.. :)

bit leafy, and not cured, but tastes lovely and just my kind of smoke.

think its kind of funny that i waited till 20 to try it (well i tried it at 19 but not properly, )
 
Got some ok stuff last night, good high but tastes horrible. First time I have had any in over 2 weeks.
 
got some similar stuff as you describe, all the buds are perfectly formed and trimmed and dried, its just not super strong but a nice mellow chilling smoke, only a few seeds in 3.5g . What you paying for it matt?
