Tbh, unless I know the grower of the weed I don't take a single bit of notice of what the guy says the strains called, they're only gonna make it up if they don't know, and even if they do know, how many different varieties of white widow/ak47/og kush are there? Probably as many as there are seed banks, and the vast majority of them will be shite.

I never used to either but I've been getting stuff a bit more direct from the growers recently. I've had Bubba Kush from 3 different people &, while some of it's been grown/cured far better, it's all quite clearly been the same (or an incredibly similar) strain.

I only really care about the strain so that I can buy either pure indica or indica dominant hybrids. As long as it's a heavy indica I wouldn't really care if the name was right or not.
 
Fair enough man, if your finding them same. The only strain I could actually identify would be blue cheese, just because of it's distinct smell.
 
i dont buy off any 1. its very rare i will go out and buy off any - and if i do it's usually straight from a close friend which will give me my moneys worth til ive cropped. And like ive said above at the moment ive not bothered with anything other than barneys pineapple chunk - barneys lsd & greenhouse's bubba kush for the past 7-8 month. Id prefer to go without if im buying off other folk

blue cheese may have the distinctive smell but most the time its just some form of blue's cross being passed off as blue cheese.

Could you distinguish blue cheese from cheese though?

Don't think I've ever had blue cheese so I'm not sure how different it smells. Cheese fucking stinks though.

I fancy something better than the low grade shite I've been smoking lately. False economy when you have to smoke it pure anyway...I'm going to have to make enquiries among some hyperactive yoofs I know.

Well going back awhile ago before i started growing for myself - and threw a friend of a friend i was getting what he called pineapple chunk. Although after growing it myself it was definetly not pineapple chunk, its got a really distinctive look about it & the smell and taste is to die for. at the moment im not smoking anything due 2 going threw rough times and to be totally honest weed just isnt helping me threw these bad time's. Ive went from smoking 14-20g a week to simply nothing. no cut down just stopped, must say i thought it would be hard to do so but after the 4th day it did'nt even enter my head & ive now been stopped around about 3 weeks. ive still got smoke sat around and plants growing & what not for when and if i do go back to smoking it but at the moment it's looking like ill crop, dry and cure & leave it be. this may get shifted on to cover the cost of christmas - i tend to start buying presents really early to get it right out the way.
 
Constant high grade ATM. Found great source, changes weekly. Blue cheese ATM. Henry's 30.

What I'm really loving tho is caramella. Most I've liked hash in years. Gettin 1.5g per £10 which for the quality is fantastic.

Really wanna try isolator hash!!!

that is good price 4 that quality hash .
 
Isolator hash is alright, it's certainly really fucking strong, but the problem is that the water washes away everything polar, including a lot of the delicious compounds that give the weed flavour and aroma. When I smoked, I'd choose good Morrocan over ice hash any day.
 
most ice hash isn't properly dried before pressing. It need sot be COMPLETELY dry, preferably still as a powder, not damp chunks before pressing.

i agree though, dry sift hash is much much better flavour.

I used to use my bubble bags for dry sift, then bubble the rest in water and ice, then butter the remainder...
 
Ah this Afghani hash looks fucking nice. Sticky and soft. Smells delicious. Wish I had a camera.
 
Using trim instead of tobacco in a joint. Stupid idea? Will it just ruin my dooby?

I've just about ran out of snout, forgot to get some on the way home and cannae be fucked going back out now. I've got a tin full of smash that I've trimmed off buds myself. Fuck knows what I was keeping it for (I know what I was keeping it for, to smoke it all if I run out of weed one day :|) but I'm thinking it might do the job tonight.

Either that or it's straight weed joints and an early bed lol.

think you've probably done it by now....but no, not a stupid idea at all. Even using fan leaves is better than pure baccy. I find just a teeny tiny pinch of baccy helps stuff burn better tho.

My personal fave joint medium is leaves or trim, pinch of fag baccy and some salvia leaf.


I'm days away from chopping some filthy looking sativa...been smoking for nearly 20 years but i suspect i've never had sativa before [ think most opt for shorter grow times and higher yield indica ?? ]
