Ha, I've just got a half oz of some stunningly good weed for a hundred quid. =D .

Not sure what strain it is. Hay, I've got a camera now! I might even try and photo it :)

jancrow there's no point even trying to clean shit hash these days. It's too shit. :(
 
Indeed, I agree. It was never my intention to make it smokable, I was just interested in what was in it, as it was contaminated in a completely different way to the usual shite. I still know nothing about the main contaminant apart from i) it's not water soluble ii) it burns. Could be fokkin anything.

Yeah, I was surprised how people rave about their weed in their Amsterdam coffeeshops, when any I've had from there wasn't that impressive. (I still like their fish tank, though.)
 
Been smoking way too much weed lately, got the week off work as well this week which doesn't help. My dealer got a new strain in last week which KO'd me when I had my first spliff of it. Now it's barely getting me high! I've been smoking it all day every day since Friday
 
^ Thats the thing about smoking top end strains daily. Tolerance sky-rockets & after a while the best of the best does fuck all unless you smoke a shitload or keep varying your strains.
I suppose thats why so many daily cannabis smokers move onto budder, ice-o-later, oils, wax & other high THC/CBD concentrated forms of cannabis.

I'm all outa weed & broke as fuck so just been smoking that 25g lump of morrocan export (from those decent 100g bars).
Spicey taste & a nice stoned. Good hash for €4/g. %)

Before dissolving:

It's very soft but doesn't stick together properly, so you can squash it but it cracks and it's hard to persuade it to reform. It's almost cake-like.
It has a slight salty (!) taste and a gritty texture if you dissolve some in your mouth.
Burns dirty, smoke doesn't smell like hash.

When dissolved:

There's something water-soluble in there as the water goes yellowy-brown straight away.
Rinsing it some more makes the water grey and cloudy.
Scum seems to float to the surface.
In the filter it looks grainy, almost like coffee grounds, which is not how even moderately contaminated hash behaves in these circumstances.
Squeezing it when wet doesn't make it stick together. It can be persuaded to do so but it sticks to everything when wet.
Annoyingly, now that I've handled it I can smell good hash on my fingers, so I suspect that that was one of the ingredients.
It seems that whatever the main contaminant is, it isn't water soluble.

sounds well dodge. i've come across completely bunk soft 'gold seal' before and tried to give it a wash. waste of time.
 
^ Very nice indeed. I really liked Buddha's Sister when I was in Amsterdam recently.

Today (when I get outa work!) I will be mostly smoking this....

My camera is shit for close-ups. No macro. Don't even know what strain the weed is but it smells like Chocolope & tastes fruity. Decent price at €10/g too. Hash = €4/g.

A friend just dropped this off for me, from some coffeeshop in Haarlem, it's called 'Jesus' , when i smelt it it as exactly what i said!
 
Yum yum, looks nice.

I managed to acquire a small (2g) piece of extremely special hash last night. Polmy, but starts to melt in your pocket, very 'up' sort of buzz, tastes quality. Funnily enough it is from the same person as the utter shit I mentioned recently.
 
got my supply today n im happy its 2 different strains again - sensi star n nebula. tomorrows back to barneys pineapple chunk
