Hemorrhoid caused by rectal drug administration?

Hey peeps! I've got a bit of an embarrassing question/problem. Luckily, thanks to the wonders of the internet, I can ask it anonymously! Anyway:

A while back, maybe 4-5 days ago, I decided to plug some Suboxone. I hadn't touched any opioids for over two months, so I had no tolerance to speak of. I dissolved approximately 1mg in 3ml of water, filled the syringe, lubed it up, and... yeah, you get the idea. Everything was business as usual, until I felt like redosing. I prepared the dose and attempted to insert the syringe, but immediately noticed that my anal opening was freakishly tight. It was impossible to get the syringe in. I got a bit worried at first, but then remembered that opiates cause constipation, and I figured that the tightening of the anus may be what causes this. So I thought nothing of it, and instead chose to just break a small piece off the tablet and push it in there with my finger. This was no problem, as my finger is obviously much thinner than a syringe.

I later got the spontaneous idea to also try plugging some 4F-PVP. Since I knew I wouldn't be able to use the syringe, I filled a capsule with some 4F-PVP and shoved it up there. This worked well.

I later went to bed and had a good night's sleep. The next day, I went to the toilet to do a number two. When I was done and wiped my butt, I felt a lump. It was located right outside the anal opening, about the size of a pea. It was very smooth to the touch, and slightly slippery. I felt some slight pain if I pushed on it too hard, but nothing too bad.

I, of course, started googling to try to find out what it is. I'm thinking it's probably a hemorrhoid, although I obviously can't say this with any certainty as I'm not a doctor.

It still hasn't gone away, and I don't think it's shrunk. It hasn't caused me any problems whatsoever so far, though. My question is, could rectal administration of drugs cause hemorrhoids? Or something else that could cause this lump to appear? Or is this just a weird coincidence?

If it's on the outside it might not be a hemorrhoid but I could be wrong, also stimulants can irritate the mucus membranes if some spilled out. I would give it a few days. Opiate constipation might be killer though and make whatever it is worse so I would take something to prevent that.

You should go see your GP as this could also be due to an infection causing what is known as an "anorectal abscess". An abscess won't heal by it self in most cases and an anal fistula is likely to follow later on which will need surgery so do yourself a favor and go see your GP. It's embarrassing, I know, but your GP looks at butts everyday and won't give a flying fuck.

I got a fissure from plugging amphetamines. You have to be careful and use the right equipment. Nothing too pointy. However stupid me- didn't catch on to this right away. I started using Q-tips to get my arse clean cuz it was too tight to do anything else with due to the fissure. The fissure healed but I managed to shove some bacteria under the end of the skin this way and give myself an abscess at the end of the fissure that had just healed which promptly turned into a fistula. Went to te colorectal surgeon right away both times and here I am after he sliced that thing open. And I am lucky because if I had waited it would have gotten deeper and more complicated. Get to the doctor and stop shooting stuff in your butt.
