I get hemmorhoids bad sometimes.....

Would using coke or meth relieve the swelling of my a hole? Seems to me it would, Preparation H is just a weak ass vasoconstrictor.

What about appling coke directly to yur ass or plugging it? I've never plugged anything to get high, only medicine...does your ass get numb or loosen up or something?? I've heard of this practice, but it's more gay sex stuff. (roids are a reason I could never consider homosexuality... )
I could obtain some coke but I don't really feel like using any and I won't plug yayo off the streets, but the pain is kinda bad and would consider sniffin some lines if I knew it would help.

Anyone brave enough to talk about hemmorhoids?

I don't know much about hemmoroids, but if Prep H is indeed a vasoconstrictor but you might try Midrin, which is used for migranes

i have the same problems, and i'm brave enough....

cocaine has never seemed to help me. actually, the "shits" after a stimulant tend to make my 'roids hurt more.

perhaps direct application would relieve it for a minute, but I don't believe snorting will. Honestly, I have never found anything that works very well on 'roids. Preparation H burns like a motherfucker. I actually use an herbal cream that is much more effective than P-H.. it's called .. fuck i can't find the bottle.

anyway. i feel your pain. i'm hoping for eventual surgery, as nothing gets rid of this bullshit.

by the way, i've dabbled in a good bit of yayo recently, and i've noticed no difference in THAT.

Putting coke on the hole might be quite good, especially the quite pure stuff... local anaethetic, and potent vasoconstrictor... still... it's gonna cost a fucking heap... Go to the doc, I'm sure he can prescripe something a bit more potent....

Whatever you want, you want something topical. Systemic coke would only marginally constrict the vessels over your whole body, but that small change over your whole body causes a big change in blood preassure. If the amount of vasoconstriction which you need for your ring, happened over you're whole body, you'd die.

Try using a small amount of oxymetazolidine locally(the vasoconstrictor used in some nasal sprays), but only a small amount as it's a very potent vasoconstrictor. I've also used phenylephrine applied locally (dissolve a new psuedofed and admin rectally) for piles & it gives relief - meth will work applied in that form, but you're going to be cranked off your head for some relief from piles!

For best results you want a vasoconstrictor combined with a corticosteroid like hydrocortisone to reduce inflammation as well (the prostaglandins produced by the inflammation reaction are responsible for the local vasodilation that hurts)

1 year and a half and still going of being on methadone (1yr at 205mg a day, the rest tapering down from it currently to 155mg), plus 2 years of opiate abuse/use (1 year moderately using, and another 1 year of being addicted which consisited of pretty much everyday usage and when i didn't use i waited it out sick until i got some more somehow or got ahold of more money, in other words the true 'cycle' which at the begining wasn't nearly as bad as in the end when i went in for methadone maintaince, at which point i had been smoking a minimum of 5mg of fentanyl a day and a usual dose of 10mg of fentanyl a day for exactly 3 months straight was the only opiate i did and getting it was no prob, i usually stole a hole bunch of patches and i guess the dealer didn't really care or notice or something so i always had a steady supply, at least for a solid 3 months until he kicked me out cuz he found out b/c apparently his son was also stealing them and using so they went faster than and he prob blamed it on me :D

Now let me tell you what these...3 and a half years of opiate abuse or more specifically 1 year of opiate use and 2 and a half years of straight up opiate abuse meaning everyday and heavy usage (highest being 10mg fentanyl smoked a day, 205mg methadone a day, though with methadone if i wanted a straight up high i would double or even triple my dose, i believe i took even more than triple the amount of 205mg, for a good high i would take 410mg min-615mg-700mg max or so combined with 5-10mg clonazepam) and in my first week on methadone maintaince 15mg made me so high i thew up!

I used to think opiates/opioids were harmless and i guess they MIGHT be if only used medicinaly or for a purpose only, however no one on this board either hasnt used opiates longer than I or is just fucking with the information hes posting. Let me tell you these releatively short years of opiate/opioid made me have clinicaly legitimate hemoroids which such SHIT b/c it is a LIFE LONG disease, it cannot be cured, the only cure is to have surgery like a family friend i know who had hemorroid surgery.

My hemmoroids are STRICTLY attributed to the opiates/opioids, when i went on methadone maintaince i started eating more and getting better physically so nutrition wasn't the issue. Due to opiates being notoriously known for their constipation properties these short years of abuse have fucked me up for life. Opiate/opioid constipation is the cause of my hemmorroids. For those of you who don't know what living with hemmorroids is like, your high dose of methadone or opiates constipates you so you don't shit for a day or two and when you do shit its hard to shit so you need to force it out causing the vessels and bubble like vessels (the hemmorroids) to burst or pop open causing them to bleed, so whenever you see blood in your shit it means you got hemmorroids. These hemmorroids or vessels, with treatment (unguent cream) start to heal, however every time you take another shit and your on opiates and constipated, the vessels break again and again and again. So thus they never heal and it can become pretty severe in some casess needing surgery.

Be careful people who abuse opiates/opioids and think they are harmless b.c they dont cause brain damage and if pure dont cause liver damage..this is not the case, they are addictive as hell but besides that there are so many consequences that come with their abuse that you wouldn't believe it. Other long time opiate abusers, i mean long time 20 yrs-30yrs of opiate use/abuse who i talk to at the clinic tell me stories about how they can't even piss and that they soon need to use a catheral SP, the thing you put up your ass i think to make you piss. Man long term opiate abuse has devastating consequences, the theory that opiates are harmless is comeletley bullshit. Trust me, MORE THAN ONE PEOPLE HAVE COMPLAINED TO ME ABOUT THIS at the clinic.

If one wants to see the TRUE effects of opiate abuse, one can only see/find them by going to a methadone clinic and talking to old time junkies and you will see the dangers of opiates. That is the reason i am tapering off methadone at the moment ive gone down 50mg in 3-4 months with zero probs. People at the clinic are shadows of their former selfs, they are living dead, i cannot even immagine the lifestlye of someone who cant piss and has to do that. These guys don't bullshit, i chill with them and talk with them about buying selling drug, etc, there is no issure in doubting these facts.

Opiates are notoriously known for causing constipation and urine retention. They give codeine for people with diareeah to stop it completly. Urine retention is a very nice cute word for the drug community, it should actually be called what it is, urine unable to be eliminated from the kidneys; reason because kidneys are impared, the thirst that opiates cause dry out your kidneys and the longer you go without water the worse the kidney retention of water since the kidneys cannot properly work.

The later is the worse b/c by then you cannot do anything about it. The sooner you realize these problems you should check into them and take proper care b/c they can be potentially disaterous.

^ If you know about these problems, you can take preventative measures such as low regular doses of senna & ensuring you drink adequate amounts of water every day. You are right though, in terms of once you've got piles, only surgery will remove the condition completely

I research everything I'm interested in. When I got hemoroids for the first time (not too long ago), it was horrible. Burning hell with fire it was horrible. It was my first time so i ddin't know what the hell was going on with my crack so I searched my symptoms just as I have done many times at webMD (or medline plus) and found out what the hell it was. I even treated myself without buying some fancy cream. Sidenote: If you don't got P-H and you're either too embarassed to buy some or are too broke then Solarcaine (used to treat burns and sunburns) works well in a jam.

Anyways, what I really wanted to say that what I learned from all this is that if you're constipated from taking opiods or just have CHP (chronic hard poop) then take a stool softener, maybe some metamucil, or even a lacasitive(sp?). There are even herbal remedies you can take.

I really can't imagine having hemoroids for longer then a week. Seriously what a pain in the ass that would be.

I will have to try this next run-in. I usually take warm Epsom salt baths, only temporary relief but still it helps. Apply Prep H, than drink some Magnesiumm Citrate or Bisacodyl tabs [I find they work better for me] and wait. In extreme cases I will purposely place myself in w/d allowing bowels to flow free. Thank god my diet is pretty clean and Buprenorphine doesnt seem to clog me up as bad as other opiates.

You could always try some kegels. Basically - squeezing your sphincter muscles like you are holding back a turd. Do 5 sets of 5 quick squeezes, then a set of 5 long squeezes (hold for 5 seconds each). Do this whenever you think of it. You can use an inoccuous picture as a trigger - for example; put a photo of a flower in your lounge room - whenever you look at the photo, get squeezin'!

Roids can really be a monster at times.

I'm glad people acknowledeged this as a shitty symptom of prolonged opiate use as well as a medical problem. I'd say shiting a bloody rock is worse than any other opiate use side effect IMO. Bler's are brave for keeping it real and talking about roids!

blab: I'm gentle when takin a dump, always! that's not the problem.

others: i don't like goin to the doc for ass problems, I prefer self treatment, cuz the doc always puts fingers where they don't belong!
