When SWIM snorts 30mg IR oxys, it seems as though it's not quite as good as SWIM remembers. Did they do anything to the 30mg IR's to make them not so pleasant nasally??????
Another observation SWIM has made is when they snort 10mg percs, they quite enjoy them. Only difference is the inclusion of acetaminophen.
SWIM snorts the Dilaudid and it seems to turn into a watery drip way too fast. So SWIM took a straight Advil and crushed it up good. Spliced the two piles, Advil and Dilaudid and proceeded to snort. Very happy with results. SWIM believes the Advil (acetaminophen) allows the Dilaudid to remain suspended in the nasal cavity and not quickly DRIP away which is usually what happens.
SWIM has recommended this to many others and other sites and for the most part, people give it a thumbs up. Then there is always the handful of people that think it's crazy adding something to pure Dilaudid. Difference is something like a percocet is 10mg oxy/ 325mg acetaminophen. I'm talking about 24mg dilaudid/ 40mg acetaminophen), just to give it a "thicker" consistency.
Proof is in the pudding.....as they say and SWIM truly hope it helps.
Hope it helps.
