Obv I'm new .. I have some questions about shooting. I can't seem to find any other veins that are worthy only the ones above my forearm.. Can someone help? Tell me where else to go please

We can't just "tell you where to go"... We have no idea what your arm looks like or what your particular vein situation is..
Typically, when the veins in the crook of the elbow start to disappear (the spot where most people start using) you move either up your bicep or down your forearm. There are many good veins in the wrist area. The hands are an option as well.. but shouldn't be used unless absolutely necessary. They require very good technique and a gentle touch because the veins there are very fragile.
