My first meth issue came last week. I use coke often and have ADHD. The meth wasn't working right. So I started with .20 day 1 And ended at .4 on the 7th day each day I did go to bed about 10 got up at and started a new bag about 10. I consumed protein drinks. I did this as a diet. Stupid I know. Ian sleeping everyday most of the day but for the next few days I have a few times I have to be on point for a few hours at a time. I'm only doing enough coke to get thru the meetings or get togethers and coming home and sleeping. I have Valium I take at night,
any suggestions or thoughts on how long I'm going to be lifeless. Coke I can moderate and stop. I will never do meth again but I'm not craving meth and already on an antidepressant.

thank you for your support

Welcome to BL.

I'll state the obvious, it's time to stop. I'm not even really sure what this thread is asking, are you simply saying meth is no longer working for you and you don't know why? You say you feel lifeless, that's because you are draining every ounce the very compound inside your brain that makes life worth living. The longer you keep this up, the worse off you'll be and it becomes exponential every day.

I suggest looking into some safer alternatives like kratom. Kratom cures any and all of my anxiety and ADD issues, is legal, safe, available, and effective. I would warn you about the addictive potential, but seeing how you are using meth, coke and valium habitually, I'd assume you understand addiction. Kratom doesn't hold a candle to the addictive potential of those drugs, so it would be a step in the right direction for you.

Ask your friends and family for help. I'm sure there is someone out there worried about you.

Hello and Welcome Aboard to BL!
Seems to me that you would benefit from stepping back, clearing your body- it needs a break. Our bodies can only take so much. I've always leaned one of a good handful of lines/verses that rings true when whatever situation is breaking me down-
"When the night is someone elses
And you're trying to get some sleep
When your thoughts are too expensive
To ever want to keep..."
When something has just become at too high if a price, I need to take a walk and look away.
I hope you find rest- in all ways-take care of yourself, please. The "fun" can cause too high a price at some point.
Wish you ALL the best! (didn't mean to sound all...no fun like, but sometimes fun can bring you too down)
