Ok wrong room or forum, but please fuking help me.................im now doin cwe for codein and diazapam , my wife and kid have no idea, ive just lost my job, because im apathectic to everything, and i need more stuff to feel " normal" ........ive just done 3 liters of cider 90mg co codamol and 5mg diazapam, now shitting it in case i dont wake up!

?? Is that way above your normal dose? So... you're worried about ODing? Were you trying to OD intentionally? Its not something to take lightly... but... opiate/benzo tollerance goes up quickly. If you've been taking them conisistantly for a while, your body probably has a good tolerance to it. You could call an ambulance if you feel that worried about it. Or... just do everything you can to keep yourself out of a nod. Sit in a cold shower. slap yourself in the face. Keep moving/walking around. Cider is alcohol, right? If you have access to any suboxone... you could take some of that. It'll block an OD but you'll go right into withdrawls.
