Today I went to school blazed an somehow got 5 Addy xr 25mgs for free so I took 2 around 7:30 am and then snorted half of one and let my friend have the other half around 8:30. Later at lunch I popped another (12:00pm) and had the last one around 2:00pm. Overall it was okay but I prefer dexedrine. Anyways idk how long it's supposed to last or of it should have worn off by now. So overall I consumed 112.5mg without much of a tolerance an I am shaky and slightly paranoid, so I wanna know what's goin on... Thanks bluelighters!

That's an extremely high dose for someone with no tolerance. Was this Adderall XR or IR tabs ?

I have a relatively low tolerance to stimulants and do at most 40mg of Adderall plugged and it has me speeding for 5 hours or so. You definitely need to try to eat something, take some multivitamins and try to get rest. Sleep definitely won't come easy for you. If you had some xanax or any other benzo I highly recommend it for the comedown to help you get to sleep.

If you at any time feel like you are going to pass out or have extreme tingling all over your body, seek immediate medical care. I'm speaking from personal experience. I once dosed some bad 4-FA at 130mgs and 6-8 after dosing was pacing around my house because every part of my body was tingling and it was just getting worse. I was slurring my speech and had trouble walking. I was taken to the ER and was found to have a potassium deficiency, possibly mixed with a very bad panic attack. I thought I was going to die. Unbalanced levels of electrolytes can cause severe symptoms, even death. Potassium plays a strong role in heart regulation and rhythm.

I'm not trying to scare you but just be careful. Stimulants like adderall eat away at magnesium and potassium, among other things. If you have any magnesium supplements, I recommend you take some. It should help with the shakiness, though with such a high dosage it might not do to much.

If your feeling shaky that's a classic pre-symptom of seizures. You need to go to a hospital to get a benzodiazepine and clonidine.

Drink some electrolytes such as Gatorade right away, make sure you get plenty of food and water and don't hesitate to get medical help if at all in doubt or things get worse.

We also don't know how long it's been since your last dose, or whether it was regular release or extended release?
