Hi there I really can't tolerate codeine anymore for my pain management because of its effects on my sensitive GI system, I don't have much of an opiate tolerance as my usuall dosage is 60-90mg of codeine. My question is what would be a comparable oxycodone dosage to that dose of codeine? I have never used oxycodone before and want to try and switch to it from codeine. Any help greatly appreciated. I would try 5-10mg to start with, work with your doctors on this though they will be able to help you with a smooth transition.
