Finding what? Suboxone? I hope not OC again. Really, you will feel just as bad (if not worse) once you get off the suboxone. When I kicked OC I felt depressed, anxious, sick, unmotivated, and all that shit for WEEKS afterwards. It may not help to read that, but it does get better all the time. One day you'll wake up and even though you might have cravings, you'll start to appreciate the joy found in many parts of life that needs no drugs. Warm (jacuzzi) baths and reading books helped me a lot, as well as Scrubs, psytrance, and being around people. Focus on the hobbies that you have that make you happy, then "prescribe" them to yourself as an antidepressant. It might sound weird or gay or something, but I LOVE Scrubs. Whenever I'm depressed, I just pop em in the DVD player and I start giggling. Find something that you can do that with...like a TV show or game or movie that you can watch over and over that is uplifting. Then abuse the hell out of it. Also, removing yourself from wherever you did drugs (moving somewhere else is ideal but not always possible) helps IMMENSELY. If you can't move, just go somewhere you haven't been before as much as possible. I hope you can kick this shit for good. It is ENTIRELY possible and you will thank yourself later. I did.
