Help with site

So I might just be totally stupid, but why is this the only feed that gives me the icon to click on to post.?
I have a pretty serious question I need to ask in the Drug Discussion forum, but I can't figure out how to make a new discussion page.
Please help.!

Hi there, Welcome to the site. Sorry to hear your having a problem but you should be able to post in exactly the same way you made this post.

Little way down on the left there is a 'New Thread' button.

You can always ask your question here and one of the mods will move it for you when they see your message.

So I figured out.! I'll share what I was doing wrong in case anyone else has this problem, tho I'm fairly sure I might be the only one brain-dead enough to not be able to figure something so simple out.

I was only clicking on the form(like "Drug Discussions"), and I wasn't clicking on a sub-form(like "Drug Studies" or "Basic Drug Discussion") to get to where you can post something.!

After I got into the sub-form, I could see the icon to post a thread right in front of my face.!


(yes, everyone has permission to laugh and make fun of how ridiculous and inexperienced I am on this site. )
