help with SERT and NET transporter numbers

I am very familiar with drugs and how they affect neurotransmitters, but for some reason I NEVER can explain the numbers when a drug occupies the reuptake pump. Ex. This is from Desvenlafaxine. Transporter Ki[nM][7]
