Opioids Help with Proper Name for OTC Codeine Please

I've been looking a lot at the syringe method of extracting the caffeine/aspirine out of AC&C pills. I am fortunate enough to live in MI, so I can just cross the border and bring back enough for personal use. My problem is that I don't know what to do and expect.

Specific Questions:
Do I simply ask, "Hi, may I please have a bottle of A C and C?"
What common sizes are there?
Are they going to collect my information?

Additionally, if you could help me with anything else I should know, I would greatly appreciate it.
