Ok from Pre Load to Post Load give me some gidelines to "roll"by Please...

I want it to be spontainious for him! But would like to know what to have on hand to make it the best!

It will be just me and my hubby hanging at the House But it's his Birthday and I want to give him the BEST time ever! He is the Best Hubby by the way! And I am up for Just about anything... Since we are new to this and only did this one other time 6 months ago for my birthday I need some help for sure!
And after finding BLUELIGHT in the days after our last roll, I kinda feel like we might have missed out on some things that we just didn't know about last time... I was very unprepaired and got floored right off the bat.8o So this time I just want to enjoy it and experiance everything with him!

They will be tested befor ingested 4sure! I'm to big of a Puss to even risk getting something BAD!.... So help us out and I will defently post a Trip Report at the First of Next week for everyone to Laught and enjoy!!!

ok, lets see....

When to eat: eating or not doesnt matter, eat something light or a snack.

1: preload?
2: perferably 10 ish, Cause night time is the way to go
3: Chew them, or crush and wash down with liquid.
4: redose..take one, wait for tingling, then redose.
5: Trance all the way ;D
6: vicks vaporub, menthol cigarettes, touching,feeling, etc
7: depending on pill, maybe easy to sleep, maybe take bars, or just Sit tight.
8: ?

9: Ecstacy is a fun drug, just use it wisely, no need to prep much.
 
When to eat
- Eat a small light meal a couple hours before. try not to load your stomach with carbs or beef.
1. PreLoad
- pirecetam if you have it, if not drink some vitamin c packets before and during, anti oxidants help reduce any damage
2. time from first drop i say first drop at 8pm. just dark, and you have the night head of you but wont be up when its light again, light is miserable on the come down.
3. how to drop
- Crush up and swallow either in a drink or a little bit of toilet paper
4. Redose
- redose an hour after your first drop
5. what to listin to
- whatever you like best, electronic is always good :)
6. few fun things to do
- vicks, take turns giving back rubs, and talking. sex if he can get it up and if you both want. if not do that before you fall asleep.
7. on the come down
- smoke some weed, possibly have a sleeping pill so you both can fall asleep nicely
8. Post Load and next day
- 5htp 100mg a day for atleast a few days

9. Shopping list would be wonderful also LOL!
- 5htp
- ambien/klonopin/weed - anything to help sleep
- rolls obv
- a glow ball hehe
- vicks vapor rub
- cigaretts if you smoke

When to eat: a couple hours beforehand, a light meal, salad or fruit, something easy on the digestive system. stay away from complex carbs

Preload: 5htp, b12, vitamin C are all good...5htp is a must
Wait about an hour after the preload to drop
and just eat the damn things....doing funny stuff is for those of us who have done too much and have gotten bored
Redosing is optional, if you've got good pills, id say its not worth it at all...better to just come down slow and fall asleep, rather than feeling all cracked out
pick a selection of music you both like...EDM is unnecessary unless you already like it, I know people who roll and put on death metal *shrug*
lights are always fun, toys, sex (but dont expect him to have an easy time getting hard) or, since hes your SO, just reconnect with him...might be nice for both of you
on the comedown, eat some more 5htp, sip some tasty liquids (orange juice, maybe mimosas) and, if you are up to it, eat some food
next day just take it easy, eat a big breakfast, and be aware that you may feel a little hungover

so shopping list:
Orange Juice
Salad stuff
Champagne or beer or something
bagels or something equally tasty/healthy/easy to make for the comedown
5htp <---this is a must
b12
vitamin c
whatever your favorite breakfast foods are
enjoy :)


oh and dont listen to simon, hes only rolled like 3 times, acting all like hes an expert...pshhh
 
just fyi. preloading with 5htp can actually hamper the roll. make sure you dont take 5htp for at least 3 days before you roll. you can take a little bit of it maybe the week before you roll, but 5htp is best for after the roll to recover. it doesnt help preload much and like i said if you take it too soon before your roll it can hamper it.
 
^^really? I was always told 1 before and like 3-5 after

nope. 1 wont have much of an affect but i read up a lot on this and taking 5htp before a roll actually diminishes it despite how you would think it would help. especially if you have been taking 5htp for say 2 weeks and if you take it right up to the day you roll it will hamper it. im sure if you took 1 before the roll it wouldnt actually do much of anything. but yeah always good to preload then stop loading for like 3 or so days before the roll.

look it up on google. might take some searching but you can find it. i did.
 
preload antioxidants, and preload serotonin by taking a long break. cheating doesn't work as well as the good ol' fashione way IMO. eat 3 hours before dropping, vitamin C is always good

search for techno music and see what you like. see what gets you going

I like darkness when I roll, and I like Winamp MilkDrop visualizations

There is also some evidence via peoples opinions here that it can cause nightmares and create some problems in conjunction with the mdma however Im not sure how science works with all that.

Im also not 100% sure how well it reacts using it to soon afterwards so be careful and read up heaps in the Directory.

np. thats what these forums are for. harm reduction. and yeah like everyones been saying. 5htp is not really good to preload with. i do recommend 100mg for a few days after though. and yes it does give you VIVID dreams. but imo its a good way to boost your serotonin after its been depleted.

oh and dont forget one thing. dont over think about the roll too much. plan on having a good time with ur husband without the roll. iv learned that rolling is actually a lot of your own mind. so you cant be over anticipating the roll or over thinking it. just let go and think of the roll as a bonus of the night, not the night itself. trust me on this one.
 
have fun my wife and i have a laser light and fog machine..... i found this trick last time that was awesome have him lay on his stomach and with a spray bottle of water just spray his back once and omg it was a feeling i cant explain8o

Post load with 5htp.
Don't take 5htp before. It will diminish the roll. Done it before. It doesn't work.
Eat a light meal a few hours before. Eat healthy afterwards.
There really isn't much else tbh.

*I like magnesium for grinding (helps me sometimes but not others, but I still like to try)

*champagne and oj are amazing...separate or together! Mimosa time :D

*I find bagels and most foods are difficult to eat on the comedown so I keep bananas handy, or some kind of food that's not too crunchy/sweet (grapes are wonderful too)

*good breakfast and lunch food for the next day because you won't feel like shopping but you'll need to eat something yummy and nourishing

*dominoes is an amazing e game for me because it doesn't have a competitive feel, it's just really fun and cute and gentle and simple to play. I have no idea why it's so fun but definitely give it a shot

*mix up the music, instead of all trance or electronic music, throw in a bit of really nice classical or reggae too

*silk pj's

*my best advice is hit up a dollar store. I love to walk around dollar stores before doing e, you find soft fuzzy things, sparkley things, light-up toys, art supplies, all sorts of amazing fun!
 
Make sure you have eaten at least 2 meals that day, and drop your pills on a pretty empty stomach. Have some bennys and some smoke for the comedown and you can't go wrong.
That last sentence is very important though, for me anyway.
