Help with IV Oxycodone

Okay so I've been trying to get a decent hit from my 'Oxynorm' 20mg capsules via IV however when I end up having my shot, I get no rush, no initial high, nothing. However, when I have a shot of just 2mg of dilaudid, I get put on my ass. When I swallow or snort a 20mg capsule, I get the high within 5-10 mins easily.

The difference I have seen with the mix is with the oxycodone powder, when I mix it up and chuck a cotton ball in it, there are still a few bits of chunky white strips left over so it has me thinking, do I need to heat this mix up a little bit to help the oxycodone dissolve into the water? And I'm using a wheel filter etc etc. Thanks guys.
 
Everyone I know around my parts heat up their solution and dissolve the entire pill, fillers and all and then filter, with straight cotton of course because we are reckless. When I have done it this is how I do it. But you'll be injecting lots of inert substances that really aren't good for your veins. But I really don't know much about "oxynorm" or whatever it is. Could have no filler but that's doubtful in the world of prescription opiates.

A cold water extraction might solve your problem here if possible. If you are "cooking" it up with cold water and the powder is real fine, I imagine you should be getting most of the active parts into your rig in the end. Heating is a way to be sure of this as I've said, but in the spirit of harm reduction it's not really a good idea to do so.

I know I might irritate you with this comment here but I'll say it anyway. There isn't really a point in injecting this substance. You'll have a way better time just swallowing it or as a plan B snort it. But I know all you animals (myself included) with you're needle fixations and what not will probably do it anyway.
 
20 mgs oxy wouldn't give me a rush, and my tolerance is pretty low. You just aren't gonna get a dilaudid rush off an oxy 20.
 
yeah, I do fat shots of dope, oxy, and heroin, yet I can still get a nice rush off a 2mg dilaudid aswell.

I just woudln't expect much from a 20mg shot of oxy.
 
alright so in your opinion, i have a tolerance of around 60-80mg orally and insullfated atm so what do you think is a good mg of oxy for a decent shot that's going to produce a rush?
