Opioids Help with fentanyl

I have a 72 hour fentanyl patch and I was wondering if anyone would know how to get high off of it. I asked AI and it said that I can cut open the patch and extract some gel but I wouldn’t know how much gel to take so I wouldn’t overdose. I also don’t know how to use the gel. The patch is 100mcg/hr for 72 hours so 7.2mg. Should I even bother or should I just try to sell it??

Ugh I hate to advocate this but cut a small corner off the patch a squeeze a very small amount on a piece of tin foil. Hold a straw above and light from the bottom. This is literally the smoking crack of opiates. When I had a huge access to them, I could smoke a 100mcg patch in 3 hours. Also after all the gel is gone cut one side of the patch off and cut each side into 4 or more pieces and shove a single piece into your cheek and that will last for awhile. Pharmaceutical fent isn't as potent as street fent, but it's still dangerous so please try to be careful. Do not try to shoot the gel you will die. I don't know how much tolerance you have but please take it slow. As for selling them, it's a niche market and unless you find someone that is specifically looking for patches, you won't make decent money.

Thank you for this information as I greatly appreciate it. I don’t have much of an opioid tolerance so I’ll try to not do too much and overdose from it. Also, what does the high feel like? And what could you compare the small amount of the gel on the tinfoil to?

The high is a pharmaceutical high sorta like oxy or hydrocodone in very large amounts. Smoking fent patches never made me nod out. In fact they did the opposite and made me geeked. If your opiate naive I would try the size or a match head. The gel goes along way esp if you have no tolerance. As someone that has a heavy addiction to fent, if you plan to partake do it very sparingly. And this may seem like a no brainer but please don't drive or if you by chance have kids or younger siblings you have to take care of don't indulge if you have priorities you need to take care of. Might I ask what led you to wanting to try fent? Do you just enjoy getting high and what substances have you tried before? Opiates are nothing to take lightly, on the 4th I was probably on the verge of overdosing off of fent, although it was street fent. I don't mean to rant, I just want you to be as safe as you can. And just remember no one starts with the intention of becoming a junkie.

Might I ask what led you to wanting to try fent? Do you just enjoy getting high and what substances have you tried before?

I wanted to try fent because morphine doesn’t really work for me and I also want to feel a great high. I also used to smoke a lot of weed 4 months ago so that’s what really got me started. After that I took shrooms and it felt pretty good. Since then I just wanted to try new stuff and I haven’t really tried anything crazy for now. Just morphine tablets, weed, and shrooms.
