swims sister who has only been using cocaine for a year and has devolped a full hole in her septum. swim has been using cocaine controllably for 4 years, and never had a nose bleed, and takes very good care of his nose as does swims sister.

the main point of this forum is wondering why this is, happening to her. swim has been on daily binges many times. swim tells her it is cut badly but does not listen, from one year of use she can stick a whole q tip threw her nose. what cut would be able to damage someones nose that bad so quickly, with about a .4-.6 daily use? please help anything, swim knows its bad cut but she wont listen.

We discourage the use of swim or other third person references. Much easier to read when you just say "me", "my sister" etc.

Whatever the cause your sister needs to take this development very seriously and stop before it gets worse. Maybe you could support her in that?
