Misc Help with DXM in conjunction with Meds

Sorry if this is in the wrong section I'm new to this.

Tried posting this on Drugs-forum but got no response. Mabey you guys can give me more insight :D

Swim is wondering what he should worry about, what dose he should take and whether or not he should take DXM while on his meds.

Swim is on the following:
250mg of Wellbutrin SR
2mg of Abilify
15mg of Focalin XR (takes it at about 7 A.M.)

Swim has also found out that Wellbutrin potentiates DXM a huge amount. Swim can get a 1/2 of a first plateau with only 30mg of DXM. Is there something Swim should worry about when combining DXM with Wellbutrin Abilify or Focalin. Can/should Swim wait for the Focalin to wear off.

Heres where it gets complicated. Swim only has access to Dayquil and Nyquil caps. At normal doses Swim wouldn't even consider tripping off of these but since he only needs 3 caps for his desired effect (at this time) he considered it a possibility. Dayquil contains I think 350mg of Acetaminophen 10mg of DXM and 5mg of phenylephrine. Dose phenylephrine interact with any of swims meds and what is the max dose of phenylephrine swim should take. Swim weights 135 pounds. Nyquil contains basically the same thing only it has 15mg of DXM and contains (swim is not completely sure) anti-histamines and alcohol to induce drowsiness.

DXM after focalin

I've been using some focalin that I had found from a while back recently. Today I took about 15mg from 1 to 3 pm and then took 800mg DXM at 8pm. Nothing has happened yet but I'll chime in a little later and let you know how I'm doing. I'll also write about it tomorrow after my head clears up a bit. I had also taken 400mg of Tramadol at 11am. I'm a bit worried that my heart rate will get to high or that my seratonin levels will rise to dangerous levels. Forgive the spelling errors I just finished a blunt. See you on the other side. And always remember, If you're not wasted the day is.
 
There's way to much stuff going on here, I personally wouldn't mess with DXM being on so many psychoactive drugs. And the fact that you're saying you can begin to feel like you're at "1/2 of the first plateau" from only 30 mg, which is a very low dose, makes me think that you are very sensitive to DXM (probably from your other meds) and are risking a possible seizure or other complications if you start climbing up in dosage.
 
Im doing fine, just FYI. I got a little nervous around 2am because of my heart rate, so I took a propanol(not sure of spelling). I'm relaxing in the afterglow now. Just sitting in the bed with the lights out, my fiance asleep beside me, all the windows open, cool breeze. The silence is quite nice. I keep hearing things now and then, but I really can't believe everything i hear due to the auditory effects of DXM. The Focalin made me feel definitely more alert during the trip, but added to the ringing i get every now and then in my ears when I trip on DXM. Also there was the heart rate issue. I'm still alive, but the combo didn't make me feel all that great. I didn't fear for my life at all if that helps you in anyway. HA! peace.
 
I have survived the night and successfully fed, dressed, and got my step kids to school. The little heathens got up at 5:30 this morning!? And the 7 year old girl peed the bed not once, but twice last night. Didn't bother me cus she woke me up, but come on. I'm trying to trip over here.

Hopefully I cleaned everything up. I'll double check when I wake up this afternoon. Peace out and let me know what happens with any of those combinations. I'm not planning on mixing them again, but I'm sure one day I'll happen to do focalin then not find anything to crash with besides alcohol and end up messing with my old friend DXM. More information can't be anything but beneficial, so lets here some stories.
