I’ve been messing with 773/312 fentadope for about 18 months now, with about 5 WDs ranging from a week to 3 months. I’m trying again this week, and I’m trying to arm myself with as much knowledge as possible before doing so..
First of all, those other quits of stuff from this same spot were relatively easy compared to coming off blues or even Kratom—I just took 2 mg alpraz every 6 hrs, plus 200mg trazadone and 100mg seroquel to sleep through the night. At 30/36 hours I started dosing 16 mg suboxone every 6 hours for that first day to build it up in my system, and usually by the second dose I was feeling well enough to get out of bed and go for a walk. Like I said—not so bad. I did have confirmation that the stuff I was getting had at least some actual diacetylmorphine, so I think it kept me well for way longer.
On the other hand, shit lately (last couple months) feels like there is far less actual H (or perhaps none at all), and has the nightmare cycle just like those pressed blues—WDs starting after 3-4 hours.
There’s sooo much conflicting info out there—I’ve heard people advising 72 hours before subs, but was told by a nurse that she’s always just waited 24 hrs and had no problem—mind you, that nurse was in Utah.
About a week ago I tried to help my girl through it, and she insisted on taking her first dose of sub at 48 hours out of fear of PWD. So she took it plus a bar+trazadone and knocked out for 6 hours. When I went in to give her her second dose, she was in writhing pain, drenched in sweat, and delerious. We aborted to take a few days and revise our approach.
My thoughts are that if she was in PWD, she would not have slept through it, and would have woke up after 1-2 hours in pure hell. This makes me think we could try taking the first dose of sub at 36 or even 30 hours, so that the WD never builds to that level.
What are other people’s experiences getting off of this stuff using subs? Are these reports of PWd after waiting 48-72 hours just heresay? Or only special cases where someone was using high doses nonstop for multiple years? Again, we’ve been clean probably 4 out of the 18 months that we’ve been using, so maybe it hasn’t built up in our systems as it has for those folks who waited 3 days only to still go into PWD?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated, stay safe friends. Really hoping we can take subs at 30 to avoid the agony I saw her in the other day
