help with anxiety

I get social anxiety around new girls and I took a 1mg xanax and a .5 kpin at 4 how long will that last. I need to know so I can take more before the movies.
 
Xanax (alprazolam) is a short-acting benzo. With a half life of 11.2 hours. Effects are usually felt for 2-6 hours.

Klonopin (clonazepam) is a long-acting benzo. With a half life of 18-50 hours. Do not re-dose with Klonopin too much. It will accumulate in your system and cause some problems.
 
The Kpin has a long half life, while the xanax only lasts 4-6 hours.. however since you said social anxiety the kpin is best for that and depending on your tolerance you should have taken enough. If you feel anxious take a .5 xanax because the klonopin takes longer to kick in.. the xanax will kick in fast.. Just don't fall asleep! Good luck at the movies.
 
Sneak in a xanax, lolol. Yeah like they said man you're not gonna be searched @ the movies unless you just walk up in that MF and start screaming 'I have a bomb' or something.
 
I went to the movies tripping on shrooms and ended up getting searched and all I'd done was to wade through the ferns growing out of the lobby carpet.
 
Who would even search you @ the movies, the ticket boy? I know at least here I've never seen any cops standing in a theatre. You'd have to just be an idiot and do something really stupid to get hit up like that @ the movies, lol.
 
take alprazolam every 2-6h or clonazepam every 8-12h for full anxiolytic coverage

that's subjective but generally true

They called the cops. I'd eaten about ten grams so I was probably acting pretty strange. I didn't have anything on me so it turned out OK.
 
Being Russian and all me and my friend always sneak either vodka or beer to movie theaters.
Just put it in our pockets and act casual. Wearing a sweatshirt or jacket helps.

In your case I dunno, xanax is kinda big but pretend it is your big shloong. ) j/k

Anyways the klonopin should help with the girl anxiety for pretty much the whole day.
If you still have some around some hotties, then take xanax it dissolves faster.
 
I didn't mean actually sneak it into the movies I meant like sneak one into my mouth while I'm with her hahahaha
