Kratom Help with 7oh dose

Hello, I'm a former H and Oxy addict I haven't used opioids since 2023
I occasionally use kratom recreationally and I'm thinking about trying 7oh pills today, however I'm a bit scared because I have almost no tolerance to opioids now and I've heard some pretty scary stuff about 7oh.
My normal dose of red vein kratom is 1000-1500mg
I almost never take more than 7 capsules (each capsule from the brand I buy are 500mg) most days when I decide to do kratom I only take 2-3 capsules sometimes when I wanna get extra high I'll take 7 capsules at once but this is rare.
I'm 5'9 208lbs F
The smoke shop near me sells 7oh pills in little 3 pill packages, based on the info I provided would I be okay taking half of one of the pills or should I go lower and only take a quarter of a pill?

Everybody says the 7oh gets really fiendish and a high tolerance fast. Also gets more expensive than leaf. That all is why I stick with the kratom leaf. Just my 2 cents, but maybe better to avoid it.

If you're clean from H/oxy I really suggest not trying 7, it's got a wicked mental pull to it. I used to take Kratom all the time because it kept me from wanted to go out and score real shit. Then a bit over a year ago I tried 7 and loved it. Convinced myself I would only do it once a week as a treat... Within a month I was taking it everyday and haven't missed a day since and am dosing every 3 hrs. Most nights I wake up drenched in sweat and have to take half a tab to get back to sleep.
It's not worth it, but if you do end up trying it I hope you don't like it.

7 oh is really intense. if you dont trust yourself to be able to use it only when absolutely necessary, i would stick to regular kratom because the 7oh is basically just gas station oxy. feels almost exactly the same, but you come down way faster and the withdrawals will hit you fast. Kratom is way more gentle with you that way. if you do try it, try only a quarter. I only take a quarter and feel as though i took 30 mg of percocet

That's what I ended up doing, I took a quarter then 4 hours later I took another quarter which ended up being too much & I spent the night sick
The brand I got actually wasn't 7oh i don't think the package says its 5x more potent than 7oh
It's something called 7oxie pseudoindoxyl
Definitely won't be touching that stuff again for awhile was way way too strong for me felt like I was on some low quality H
I can see myself doing this rarely on special occasions but other than that I think I'll stick to the red vein kratom caps
