Help with 2f-dck: Gunky powder

Recently got a large amount of 2F-DCK.
However, it is a light yellowish-white and has consistency of flower.
Its lumpy and gooey.
Impossible to rail.

Any suggestions? Maybe too much water in it?

I want white crystals or at least white crushed powder...
