I want to try the mints, but im from CALI
i had never experienced any anxiety or panic attacks before my ecstacy use.
the first time i got one was when i ate a cannibis chocolate kandy. i really axietly the whole time i was high. it felt like i was going to die my heart was beating rapidly and i was super paranoid for like 3 hours i finally fell asleep and when i woke up i was fine.
the second time i got an axiety attack was when i took a huge hit of a bong. at first i felt fine but the all of a sudden i felt the same feellings as the other time. it went away after about 2 and a half hours.
i have given up on weed for the next 2 to 3 months then i will try to smoke and see if my reaction has change as i am abstaining from ecstacy.
Now today while i was i class i got an anxiety attack for like 5 or 10 seconds. the weird thing is i didnt smoke or do any drug. i been sober from e for 37 days my longest break since i started rolling in june of this year. i had been rolling for about every month 5 different times totalling 14.5 pills. (yeah i know i over did it. i am on a 9 month break from e.)
my question is if anyone has had anxiety after taking ecstacy? could it be something other than mdxx causing these anxiety attacks? will these anxiety attacks keep occuring or will it not happen anymore as i give it time?

Anxiety is a fairly common side effect of both weed and heavy ecstasy use, if you cut back on both it should fade. Just try and be a lot more moderate in the future.

I use to be in the same boat as you man. It goes away in time. It took like 3 months for me before I was completely normal because I had never had anxiety until I started doing E month to month. I havent done it in over 4 months now and wow I feel like the old me again and it feels good. A long break is just what I needed and you do too but im gonna be on it again in 2 weeks and im excited to see how much tolerance went down :)

mdma effects everyone's brain differently and some people will get worse anxiety than others. The second to last time I rolled i had a massive panic attack and had anxiety all the time for the next couple weeks. It WILL go away with time,it just takes longer for some people. 37 days is good, keep goin strong and you'll feel alright everntually!

i find that regular high intensity exercise is the best for any kind of anxiety

Anxiety is a common lingering side effect of heavy MDMA abuse and anxiety is linked to weed as well. Crankinit is right. Take a nice break from both and get plenty of sleep and exercise -- your anxiety should return to manageable levels =)
