Opioids HELP when to take sub coming off fent

I'm on suboxone for a year. I used fent 2 days in a row.... I haven't used in 48 hours is it ok to take my suboxone again? I'm feeling sick
 
If you have been on subs I reckon you still have it in your system,this meaning; you should be ok to take your usual sub dose or better yet try a bit less? What is your daily suboxone regimen?

I think the real scare is for fent addicts trying to switch completely to subs..this leading to precipitated withdrawal.

You are technically already on the suboxone for a year already? You should be ok since it takes what about 2 weeks for the half life to leave your body.

I say this because I used to always play that game. Switching back because I did not want to be sick YET I also wanted to get high.

I don't know about Fent as I've only been a H addict but I am on a bupe programme 16mg a day and I am from and live in the UK.

Here we are told to take our first dose of buprenorphine when we are sick and in withdrawal since our last dose of 'Heroin'. I always wait as long as possible and until I am so ill I can't take anymore so I know its safe to take the bupe. I don't want precipitated withdrawal it is horrendous.
 
You should be okay but I would just wait 48 hours if you can because the fent unfortunately sticks to your receptors even when you're feeling sick it's something about building up in your fat cells that is why precipitated withdrawal is so bad when you try to switch from fent to suboxone. It's horrible just wait as long as you can and try to start off with a small dose
