hey guys i need help with this.. so basically i have been an addict nearly all my life and i have used nearly every single drug out there but recently ive turned to sobriety and am currently working as a drug counselor in a rehab and theres this guy over here that goes to work every morning for a couple of hours and comes back and yesterday he was all fucked up; his hands were shaking uncontrollably and his pupils were dialated (sp?) so i naturally thought that he was on some kind of stimulant but then he started eating like he had the worst case of the munchies ever he was so very hungry and so i ruled out the possibility of a stimulant and then i tried talking to him and he just couldnt talk straight he obviously had great difficulty in talking and putting together a few words and i was thinking that this guy has probably taken a huge dose of lyrica because i vaguely remember that when i used very high doses of lyrica i would start to shake and not be able to put two words together if my life depended on it and get really hungry... im gonna test him for drugs in a bit but im thinking that he maybe used something that wouldnt show up in a urine drug test (lyrica doesn't) cuz hes very manipulative by nature and probably wouldnt want to lose his place in rehab for a couple of reasons that i won't share here.. so basically what im asking is what drug is this guy using ? Thank you
