help weight loss without muscle loss..fast

ALL YOUR HELP AND ADVISE IS WORKING>> LIFTING EVERY OTHER DAY HARD AND CARDIO EVERYOTHER DAY 45 MINS AT 150 HEART RATE. every muscle twice a week. diet is 150 grams whey protein..12 0z (tuna, chicken, or round steak) oatmeal, wheat pasta, cottage cheese... split into 5 or 6 meals... sunday off... started feeling weak after cardio and reduction of food intake... Now I eat little more carbs ..mike
 
Great job Mike! Don't get bogged in the details, just keep up the gym routine. Toss in a few days of active rest if you're feeling weak to keep the gym routine solid and give yourself recovery time; there are fruits, vegetables, etc., in that diet I hope; possibly tailor the protein intake if you're looking to cut rather than bulk, but if it's working, it's working.

Key is just getting to that gym. Keep it up.
