Stimulants help? Vyvanse OD or panic attack?

I took 70 mg vyvanse today, split up over the course of a few hours. My heart is beating pretty fast (and slightly irregulary), I'm having some muscle twitches. I do have anxiety problems, so it could be a panic attack, but I want to be on the safe side. Just took a 10 mg valium to see if I can calm down.

I shouldn't have much of a tolerance to Vyvanse because I seldom take amphetamines, and when I do, I don't take heroic doses or anything.

Can anyone help calm me down? I'm not having any of the other listed OD symtoms - no paranoia, no vomiting, obviously no coma...

the benzo is calming my mind, but I still have the fast heart beat. I wish there was a guide out there on when to call a doctor.

It is 70 mg however, and I don't think that would be a dangerous dose for someone with no known heart problems and no tolerance. Am I right?
 
Are you feeling better yet? If you really don't have any tolerance to amphetamines than yea that could have been too high of a dose to start out with. But I would just try and calm down if I were you, it is more than likely anxiety compounded with the vyvanse you took.
 
Unless you've got some crazy sensitivity to stimulants, 70 mgs shouldn't be that much amphetamine. 70 mgs of Vyvanse is only like 28 or so mgs of d-amp I believe and that is distributed over many hours. I think you're probably worrying more than you need to, increased heart rate is normal and measuring your heart rate should be enough to see if you're in any sort of danger.

I'm currently tweaking on 140 mgs and a few hours ago I was feeling some serious anxiety that I haven't felt in years (I get these voices of anxiety, its like getting yelled at), but taking some deep breaths with the amphetamine high it went away.

I am feeling better. The benzos helped and I am calmed down a bit. No more arrithmyias as of now
 
Good, I'd think benzos should easily take care of such a light dose. During comedown they work like magic to make you feel normal again imo.
 
when you are high on stimulants you will be fine. its when you worry about it that you will hurt yourself.
